When I received the car back from them, my tire pressure monitoring system light was already on for the back driver side tire. I immediately went back in to inform the staff and the woman at the counter said "oh, you just need to drive it for a while, it will go off". Regretfully, I took her word for it and drove my car away. The new tire continued to lose air and was completely flat by the morning. It was a holiday weekend, and we were forced to use a different vehicle for travel out of town. I reached out to Churchill on the first morning they were open after the holiday and was told they could not fit me in to fix their mistake. This is not acceptable customer service, when the issue is so clearly their fault, and fixing it should be their priority. The receptionist (who claimed to also be the manager and owner) became angry and HUNG UP ON ME! No apology or attempt to make the situation right, just excuses and horrible customer service. We were forced to take our vehicle to another service center in town and pay to correct Churchill's shoddy workmanship. Do yourself a favor and avoid having ANY work done by Churchill. They do not stand behind their product.

f you care about your vehicle, avoid this Auto Care Center…read more I pulled into Lane 1 for a simple walk-in oil change and sat there waiting at the chain for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When a young tech finally came out, he refused to check me in with the bay tablet at the vehicle (which is standard operating procedure) and told me I had to park in the from of the store and go inside to schedule at the desk. When I pointed out that this isn't how their standard walk-in intake process works and he was just trying to avoid doing it because it was a Friday at 5 pm ( openly admitted to no other appointment where in front of me ) , he still refused to serve me. I'll be the first to admit, I got frustrated that I was being denied standard service out of pure laziness and dropped a swear word. I own that, and I know they have the right to ask you to leave if you swear. But the absolute worst part of this experience was the shop foreman. Instead of stepping up, managing her crew, and following standard procedure, she came out and proudly told me, "we don't follow policy around here," before threatening to call the cops. If the local management is openly admitting they ignore corporate standards just to cover for a lazy intake process, I wouldn't trust them with a wrench anywhere near my truck. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to a shop that actually wants to do the work.

Ryan Fernholz, our service writer, did a…read morephenomenal job of not only getting the recall item taken care of quickly, but also listened to our concerns about a separate issue. He quickly had a technician figure out the issue, and he called our extended warranty company to get authorization to make the necessary repairs immediately. Ryan did a phenomenal job of addressing our concerns quickly and conveniently. Service today was above and beyond. This was our first visit to Johnson Motors, and we will definitely be customers for life when it comes to future service and car purchases.
