NONE of them offered half of what GVF does for FREE. (They have like 6 different ceremony sights to get married at). We booked them to provide all of the rentals for our daughter's upcoming wedding. Admittedly, they have excellent pricing especially compared with companies in Williamson county. However, 3 weeks prior to the event I received an email stating that they would no longer provide the rentals for the wedding. When I called to inquire, they explained that they had booked too many events and simply decided to cancel their most recent bookings. When I explained that they were leaving us in a very difficult situation, the owner offered no apology but simply chuckled and said that he just didn't have enough people to help. My thought is that, if you own an event rental company, you should have a good grasp on how thinly you can be spread based on the number of employees you have and the number of events you commit to. The owner's lack of planning should not become the client's emergency. Sadly, I would never recommend this company to anyone based on their lack of professionalism, quality of service and understanding of business-ownership.
