Judy Sarafian is the most unprofessional agent I've ever met. She came to my property as a showing…read moreagent- conducted (loudly) multiple calls in our driveway about clients, complained about those clients. She then called the client who was supposed to be viewing our home. She answered the phone by saying "where are you" I thought it was unprofessional to not even start with a "hello", but it got worse. She told the client to not bother coming to the home. Said she had sold it 30 years earlier and "it was a dump then and it's a dump now". She proceeded to lie to the client about damages, claiming multiple windows were broken and there was garbage everywhere. I asked her to leave the property and she said she wasn't talking about our house. I asked her to leave again and she pushed back. I threatened to call the cops And she finally left. I called Coco Early 3 times to report her unprofessionalism, I was hing up on all 3 times. The house listing clearly stated work was needed and had over 30 pictures to reflect what needed to be done. Not only did she waste my time, she wasted her clients by not fully researching the property. On top of that, her unprofessional attitude and demeanor is sketchy to say the least.

Tom did our first home inspection and he found so much wrong with it he suggested not to by it, it would cost a lot to fix it and the heat bill would be expensive. We found a second home and made an offer on it Coco and Early represented us and the seller. Then Judy said don't forget to call Tom again for the inspection. We called Tom he came out he said the house had minor problems, a great deal he said. Not so minor over 50.000 in damages and a three seasons porch that needs to be torn down termite damage, Stone Foundation falling wall coming apart out side, Vinyl siding nailed over aluminum siding causing a massive draft, a stink pipe from the toilet on the outside wall not on the roof and much much more.
