The top was cut unevenly and way too short, especially at his callick in the front (even though he explicitly called it out and asked to leave that longer for more control). The sides are a terrible length that just poof out and make his hair look the same length all over. The back of his neck was shaved to narrow lines about an inch in on each side when the ask was a natural fade down to skin - I'm sure this will look very weird in 3 days for the wedding. I'm in tears that not only is this hair cut not "him," but it is worse than what he's been getting up the street from a walk in place for $20.

I have always wanted lighter hair but was always afraid of the potential damage of this process. Thankfully, Jenny always prioritized my hair health! It took us 3 sessions to get to my current goal of VERY light blonde and through it all, Jenny did what was needed to keep my hair long and strong. I also really appreciate how seriously the salon takes COVID-19 protocols. They do not permit walk-ins and do not double book so there is never anyone waiting for a session in the salon. The chairs are well spaced out and they seem to plan it so that not all the chairs are occupied to maintain more than adequate social distancing. At arrival, customer temps are taken and we're instructed to wash our hands before taking a seat. Each chair is immediately wiped down after each service and masks are required while in the salon. I think it's great that they do everything they can to make the customers feel safe.
