The haircut he received was flat out not good and nothing like any of the pictures he brought; I was speechless when he got home. The top was cut unevenly and way too short, especially at his callick in the front (even though he explicitly called it out and asked to leave that longer for more control). The sides are a terrible length that just poof out and make his hair look the same length all over. The back of his neck was shaved to narrow lines about an inch in on each side when the ask was a natural fade down to skin - I'm sure this will look very weird in 3 days for the wedding. I'm in tears that not only is this hair cut not "him," but it is worse than what he's been getting up the street from a walk in place for $20.

Been going here for the past 3 years, and this location is right in downtown Morristown. I have to…read moresay that Pasquale is the man. The guy really knows what he is doing, is meticulous with his precision and listens to what you ask for which is pretty much all you can want in a barber. You can tell he cares about his clients. Haven't tried too many of the others, but staff is generally helpful from what I've observed. City Image uses an online booking system, Schedulicity I think it's called and is fairly easy to book and cancel/reschedule. You might need to book slightly in advance for appointments but the barbers usually have several openings so it isn't too hard to get your preferred barber. Parking can be a little tricky as with most places in this area. There's a lot in the back up the hill you can park at for a short time but tends to get full pretty quickly. The pricing is steep, and is more than I would expect to pay for a standard haircut. This location has also raised their prices a few times over last couple years, which I understand given the crazy inflation we've been having and it does cost a lot if you want to look good, but still a bit steeper than I'm comfortable with. I'd come more often if it was cheaper.
