Prior to this experience I could only find available units that did not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. One was in an area with no lights or cameras and seemed run down. The other seems fine until it rained and I checked the unit the day after. It was soaked. Maggie Valley Storage Solutions is fenced in and has cameras. Never had an issue. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a place for storage.

It has full hookups but is a no frills park: no showers or toilets, no pool and no convenience store, but they do have laundry facilities. The park is graveled and the spaces are level, but close to each other. 61 cable channels!!! Everyone we met were friendly.This is a pet friendly park as well as the management personnel who are friendly and helpful. This park is open year long so there are several residents living here full time. We got the last open space when we reserved our site so we had neighbors on all four sides. When making reservations, six months in advance would be recommended. Try to secure a space on the outer perimeter where there is either an open meadow or creek for your backyard. This is the perfect park during the "leaf-peeping" season (October).

DO NOT RENT HERE!…read more Between $2000 to $3000 worth of tooling and personal items were stolen. still no resolution from the owners. My lock was on the storage unit, but had been broken, but appeared to have the unit locked. I believe this could have been an inside job. Nobody checked the lock, jiggle the locks to make sure the units were still secure. if they had done that the lock would've dropped to the ground easily. Even with the keypad access to the building and locking up the unit inside, a climate controlled space, my unit was broken into. Afterwards, I have learned that the area that the units are located is a high crime area. Stay away or you will end up paying much more than the monthly rent. I'm very disappointed that the owner just keeps telling me to be patient as she supposedly takes time to investigate. A month went by without any update so I finally reached out and was told to just continue to be patient.
