I came here looking for a certain type of blade, but I ended up leaving with more than I expected. The pricing was reasonable and comparable to neighboring smoke shops. Although I did not get the staff members' names, they both went above and beyond to help me and my friend make our selections. This is truly one of those places where if you scratch their backs, they're going to scratch yours too. Just be super nice and tell them somebody in the neighborhood sent you. You'll thank me!

After shopping with Vape City for the last 5 years or so with only one other negative experience…read morewith the corporate level of this company selling a counterfeit product which was remedy'd. Recently Vape City has made changes to their loyalty program. After being reassured from staff that the points would be transferred over and 4 visits into the shop over the last 3 months leaving my information each time to inquire about it, today I was finally able to get the staff to try to speak to whoever is over them at a corporate level and was told to shove it about my original point balance. The in store staff is great and this review is not meant towards them, their customer service is a 5/5, however the lack of follow up and general lack of care towards customer service on a corporate level is atrocious. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
