This store location is always clean, organized and has professional, friendly service. I went into the shop to get a new Vape pen when Corey pointed out that I had a piece of the cartridge stuck in my old pen. He went through the trouble of removing it and telling me the best way to install it into my cartridge again. He told me that if I still had problems, to feel free and come in and they try and help me. He was well-versed on the different Vape pens and I left with a pen I was very happy with. Due to his advice and Jack's advice, I was able to return the missing part of the cartridge without damaging it and it works great now! I'm a longtime smoker and this year I switched over to the Juul, which has helped me cut back on smoking a looooot... but the pods are expensive (knockoff or Juul official) and I sought an alternative. This store just opened and I went in to find juice that is Juul compatible (for reusable cartridges). The space is clean and sleek, no clutter or confusion. Everything is well-organized. Staff was super friendly - two dudes working - and greeted me when I walked in. I didn't know exactly what I was looking for or if they'd have it, and I told them as much; I was immediately shown a couple shelves of salt nicotine products that are comparable to Juul flavors, and then some. They knew exactly what I was talking about and had a good understanding of the product... for example, my husband likes the mango pod flavor so I wanted to pick up some juice for him, and the employee warned me I was looking at a "cream mango" and suggested other flavors that might be more appropriate. Flavor preferences are very particular, so I appreciated his attention to detail. I ended up spending maybe $50 total (with tax) on two large bottles that should last us a month (a very good deal), and thus far I am satisfied with the product. They even had the official Juul flavors you can only buy online now. I think their selection is just enough to cater to vapers. I can't speak for those who use non-Juul products, but I had a good customer service experience and got exactly what I needed. Recommended for south Austin people looking for a good store. read more

Went in to buy a new 510 thread battery and had an excellent experience with (whom I presume is) the owner of the business! He was extremely knowledgeable about different types of batteries, and took his time to talk me through the benefits of each until I settled on the one that made the most sense for what I wanted.
