I didn't even know how dangerous it was that I had driven here following my accident. I wasn't planning to drop my car off that day, but their technicians said if I was their family member they wouldn't feel safe having me drive the car in the condition it was so I understood the urgency. I knew what to expect with my insurance company and that of the driver at fault, and while I had to drive a rental for 3 weeks when my vehicle was being repaired everything was really straightforward. When I received my car back it felt like I had a brand new car again and I was really grateful to their team for getting my family back on the road with our car.

The receptionists are very nice and super friendly but the mechanics could do better at explaining where stuff is/how things work especially since they have a large lot. Started going there when I had gotten estimates for work on an old car that were in the 800-1200 range which I know enough about cars to know was exorbitant for what was needed. So I didn't do it then.. but the car died on the highway a week or two later ... the tow driver suggested this place, I shrugged and said OK. They called me a couple days later ... total bill 250.. Well my pickup had a sheaf of work I expected to be in the thousands... took it here to NE pronto, and the bill was just over 1200. Always prices I find reasonable or better, and good work. Sometimes as said slow to get in or getting parts, but for good work at honest prices I'm happy to deal with it.
