We had a great experience with this store! Patrick the manager was terrific as was his staff. We needed to purchase a refrigerator and have it delivered as soon as possible. All the big stores had no inventory and long wait times. Conns had the refrigerator we were looking for. I was very skeptical and concerned about the promised delivery date of 2 days. I called the store, spoke to one of the store associates who transferred me over to Patrick the store manager. He assured me that they would have it delivered as promised and the did not disappoint! They had it delivered and installed with no issues. It was great to be able to support a local business that cares about making the customer a priority. The pricing was competitive as well. Purchased a plush king size mattress that was delivered to my home. The mattress is defective. It is bowed/bent and it seems as if there is something broken on the inside of the mattress. The mattress is has not been opened, and is still currently in garage. We were informed by Conn's that since we signed for the delivery, it's not their problem anymore. Buyer beware! Do not buy any furniture from this company because if there is anything wrong with it, they will try to make you pay for it anyway! read more

It really does not seem like to me that they want to sell furniture. They don't accommodate the customer by allowing you to choose the delivery date. I was in their store on a Wednesday and found a chair that I liked. They said that the chair could be delivered the next day, but I was unable to be at home then and asked for another delivery date. I was informed that that could not be done, so therefore I was unable to purchase the chair. I left frustrated. The next day I went to Conn's webpage, trying to once again purchase the chair. The directions stated that they could deliver to Mississippi. However, when I typed in my Mississippi address, the website stated that my house was not in their delivery area (Mind you, the in-store associate stated that it could be delivered to me). Therefore, the $1,000 chair will be purchased from another company. read more

But I paid cash for my items. I have talked to you for two years and you have done nothing. File complaint with the BBB and attorney general office. read more

Conn's has no support from me. The salesman are very rude and unprofessional. They need to iron their shirts and tuck them in, stop screaming across the store.. I bought $2,600 worth of merchandise. The washer and dryer duo is broken. I am now 24 hours into ownership, the dryer is making a high pitched squeaking noise. The washer worked one time and went to the spin cycle and started spinning so fast it broke off the threshold of the base. You can push the drum back and fourth, even so much as see the ground inside of them washing machine. They told me at first I would have to have a tech out to inspect it, then I got a manager on the phone he told me it would be exchanged by Sunday. Now I'm being told "maybe by Sunday a tech will be in the system to check it out".... But now the manager has gone home for the day. Imagine that. Can get any answers from the asst manager, he just says ummmmmmm a lot. read more

I really give no stars.I have made all my payments on time (actually early) and they call and harass me saying I'm behind in my payments.I got the run around when I bought my furniture and ended up with a color I didn't really want and not delivered when promised.The manager Tyrone didn't have the decency to deal with the problem and avoided my calls.I called customer service several times to complain and they never called back.They sure can call wanting money.I would never buy anything from here again.This business is horrible. read more

I should have known it was too good to be true. 1.st. 36 months on interesr is only if you do not use their in house finance, 10% only for regular price items But the whole store is on sell, Free delivery Not on Electronic (Television) And lets not forget you have 14 days to change your mine but it will cost you 15% restocking fee. So... I was approved for $5000 earlier this month and was tickled about being able to get a new bedroom set and also a new bed for my parents (they REALLY needed a new one). I get to Conn's and after 2 hours of BS waiting on them to figure out what they were doing, come to find out that the mattress they are advertising on their site is NOT actually the mattress they will sell you. The advertised one is $1299 for a Firm king mattress. the one they told me I had to buy to get the FIRM was in fact $1899. DO NOT get Conned by Conn's.. at least the name is appropriate. read more

Bait and switch. My husband has an account in good standing and never late. He made an additional purchase and they completely refinanced both purchases at a higher interest rate. The new television was advertised $50 per month for 30 months no intetest. They never disclosed they were refinancing his existing account and cannot combine promotional financing. Now they have their own inhouse financing and say they cannot remove the new item because we were a day late. Yet, had we purchased the warranty then they could return the television and refinance it under me. I called the 1 800 number for customer service and was advised we have the warranty and we could revert back to our original financing, but it has to be done at the store. Bottom line these people are dishonest and go against their slogan with customer satisfaction. I'm not a satisfied customer and I believe they will rip anyone off to make a sale. So I was giving a 65in lg tv back on November 30th of 2016 come to find out the employee at the store rung me up for a 60in. Now fast forward to December 6 2017 someone breaks into my house and steal the 65in. Police come make a police report I tell them a 65in lg tv was taken. Like 5 to 10 days later was finally able to get a copy of police report. I go to the store to fax it off. I'm thinking they gone be so worried and willing to help me due to my situation they treated me as since I wasn't coming to buy shit they didn't care about what I was going through. So the young lady who helped me seemed kind of new she was asking the manager in a white shirt about the paperwork I needed. I start filling out the paper mainly the things I knew to fill out I give her the paper back with what I knew to fill she goes to fill in section b but didn't really know what to put in section b same manager comes over and tells her aw we don't fill out that part fax it off and he done. Basically trying to get me out the store as quick as possible. I guess he was looking at we can't get commission on him filing a claim so let's get his ass up out of here. The lady goes and make copies fax them off. Days later I'm getting an email saying to fill out the same paper because I didn't fill out section b. So I get information over the phone for section b I'm telling the lady over the phone what happen. She decided to give me a $50 gift card for the problem that happened in store. THAT I CAN ONLY USE ON A NEW PURCHASE yeah some straight fuck shit. So go back to conns have them fax off the paper and police report again. Days go bye they tell me my claim was denied because it's showing a 60in in the system but on the police report it says 65in. So basically they want me to go back and update the police report and lie and say a 60in was taking from my house but it was a 65in then after I update the police report I have to go downtown pay for another copy then go back to conns have to deal with they unprofessional ass. Here I am ripping and running breaking my back to do this do that all because y'all not training your employees GOOD ENOUGH to ring in the right fucking item!!! But this is what I'm going to do FUCK CONN'S AND ANY AND EVERYBODY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM. Buyers beware!!! They live up to their name Conns for con artists!! They advertise 24 months free finance but they DONOT! even if you have a FICO score above 830. They want to run your credit more than twice with different companies(1st red flag) the merchandise is not new it's refurbished. Thought I was purchasing a new refrigerator and received refurbished with paint draped across it as well as it sounded like a lawn mower. Call company 24 hrs after delivery and cleaning "out of service#"(red flag again) went to store next day they want me to pay restocking fee for a painted, lawn mower sounding NEW refrigerator! Really!! Mgr Tyrone was very nonchalant and uncaring to customer just as long as they got their money from you. "We cannot do anything about that once you sign the delivery papers" were this managers exact words. (Con artists red flag). Public do not get taken by this company go somewhere else that is a reputable company. Stay away from company's that seems too good to be true. don't buy from them. they are a rip-off. my washer and dryer is not better them finding one in the trash. my washer have been broken for almost 3 weeks. send out a repair man (who by the way never heard of conns) couldn't fix it and telling me i need a motor and i had it too long and it is not under warranty to replace it. i had it for 3 months.customer service is giving me the run around. say they will contact me n 24 hours.never calls.i have been call every 2days for 3 weeks now. still no answer to my problem.the cycle is off track and the drum push back and fourth. attitude problem and please please don't waste your time and money going to this place. no service at all but they still want their monthly payment and will add late fee if you try to make a payment on the due date. donot trust this place. on my way out to wash my clothes again. sad sad sad read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. These people are MEAN, MAD and MISTREAT the customers. I don't understand how a DRYER became a WASHING MACHINE. I started this quest on Sat. 1/15/17 and as of this date 1/19/17. Tell me why cant these people discuss things among themselves and consider the consumer need. I am a person with a disability and I have gone up to this five times about this one issue a DRYER, it s not like I haven't given them anything for the product, I presented 20% down as requested. Now I have been asked to pay more and then told I may not get a delivery date until when ever cause each person from the store to corporate can't promise you ANYTHING. I feel have been played and discriminated against as person, woman and consumer. I cant call myself a customer because I don't have a product YET from them. Someone needs to read their own POLICY to them and train, train, and re-train them on CUSTOMER SERVICE.
