The store was not over-crowded so maybe they only check when capacity is an issue. The store has plenty of sales and a wide range of selections. The color was "mint green", but my eyes saw a gorgeous gray-blue - which is what I wanted. Fred explained the lighting was being upgraded to avoid color confusion but I trust what I saw. We looked at other pieces, yet I kept coming back to that sectional. Fred never pushed, never rushed--just stayed helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. We paid $1000 down on an item and had to finance $800, whoever did the lease paperwork financed $2199 and Cheaper than Retail pocketed the $1000 without putting it towards our total. We are now spending $3100 on a dent and scratch appliance that retails at $2500 brand new and we were sold for "$1800". If you try to talk to them about it, the owner who barely speaks English, will just talk in circles until you give up. Not worth the headache or the appliance!
