Go see a doctor, they will tell you what type of mattress you need, then go from there; and if you have a bad back, I am thinking that a doctor specializing in chronic back pain will more than likely recommend a firm mattress and an exercise/stretching routine. Also, MANY stores hire delivery drivers not associated directly with the store. I don't know about this store but think about that before you bash a business due to a bad experience you had with someone that may not even be one of their employees. I don't work there, never have and I have no connection with this business at all. I'm just an old retired guy that will definitely go back to BHF for my future furniture needs.

They have regular outlet materials, chairs, tables, couches, beds, also there is the clearance center in the back and it may have a Lots of accent furniture and furniture pieces. sometimes it may be slightly damaged or dented, but not noticeable...a lot of the stuff in there is great buys and some great bargains... many sets put together for the bedroom, pictures a lot of bric-a-brac and things to decorate the home with...I would choose this as is the place that you go to for a lot of the Great American furniture that you are looking for but it is not in the regular store...I would choose this location for all my furniture and home needs.

The store was having a meeting causing them to open a few minutes late. when the sales rep opened the door to let me in I was rude to her, and it was unnecessary for me to be that way. I was having a little hard morning, and should have stayed home a little longer to manage myself. We need to be kinder and more understanding to each other, and it starts with me. #kinder

Ended up finding a decent deal on a few items but you REALLY have to dig and look over everything with a fine-toothed comb. It really is a spot to search for a diamond in the rough. Most of the furniture is cheaply-produced, laminated crap that is WAAAAAY overpriced.

I can remember that they have the best delivery people in the business. I also remember my elderly parents buying a huge cabinet they had delivered, and that they wanted to move it a few years later. The SAME DELIVERY GUYS who originally brought it came back and moved it for them. I saw a negative review from someone who custom ordered something through Wilson's. Guess what? When you special order furniture from ANY STORE, you open yourself up to a myriad of problems. I've been through it. Don't blame the locals, they're at the mercy of the manufacturer. It's just a bad idea to buy that way. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
