At $2.49 a gallon for regular unleaded I'd rather wait to fuel up until King Soopers in Bennett and save 10 cents with my King Soopers card. -- Only 4 pumps so you better hope no one else decides to fill up when you do or you might have quite the wait. Excessive credit hold on the credit card! I pumped $61 of gas and then discovered at $226 charge on…read moremy credit card. Suspecting fraud, I called my credit card company and they said it's common for gas stations to put a credit hold for more than the amount of the sale in the card and then the amount gets reconciled once the transaction clears, which can be up to 10 days. This is excessive and unnecessary. Won't go back to this station in the future.

They had a stack of paper shopping bags to the side - the right kind with handles. I pointed and asked for two of them, and the guy refused to give them to me. I gestured at all of my groceries and told him I needed to walk blocks back to my hotel and pleaded with him for a bag or two. He tells me "those are for Uber Eats orders only". Absolutely ridiculous. They're so cheap at this store. I remember this happening last year when I visited the area and this store as well. He then told my friend, who is a grown adult, that she couldn't buy cigarettes for herself. He declined selling either of us something we're legally allowed to buy, was EXTREMELY loud and rude, and profiled me for looking young. I turn 19 in less than two months.
