First off, there's no direct phone number--everything has to go through an automated text system, which makes it nearly impossible to get clear answers. The staff is not thorough or consistent in their communication. At our first appointment, we were told about an additional $100 charge for X-rays that was never mentioned beforehand. Because of that, we had to reschedule, and every new appointment has been 3-4 weeks out. Then, appointments get canceled--sometimes less than 24 hours before--with little to no explanation. Now we were told an hour before closing that the X-ray machine is broke down and our appointment was canceled. This is after waiting over a month once again. It feels like this office could care less about patients' time or needs. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic communication is unacceptable. We've decided to move on and take our care elsewhere. Hopefully, others have a better experience, but ours has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

The pain started Thursday late afternoon. Friday morning she called the office and left a message. By Saturday late morning her entire right side of her jaw was swollen and she was in total pain. I took her to urgent care. They prescribed heavy antibiotics. Monday morning she leaves another message and finds the office still closed on Monday. as a medical provider you would think that Dr Lowe would have a course of action to offer folks with an emergency. obviously this is NOT the case. The dentures rock back and forth in her mouth putting pressure on one side of her gums and not even reaching the other side of her gums. The dentures cause her to bite her tongue constantly. She went back to the Conover location and told them about the problem and they filed down the dentures as much as they could, but it did not help. They told her that if they filed them down any further that they would file into the teeth. Because of her severe medical condition she is unable to travel frequently.
