This is the second time we have had a tooth emergency and they couldn't be bothered. Luckily, we reached out to another local dentist...who welcomed my husband in that day. We found out that his tooth was crack all they way to the root. They tried to save the tooth and put a temporary cap on it. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible and on Sunday morning Christmas Eve the dentist came in and pulled his tooth.

Everyone from the front desk staff to insurance verification was quick and easy. My Insurnace was even verified before I arrived for my first appointment. Dr. Godwin was thorough and caring during my new patient exam and the X-Ray tech was gentle and patient with me. After my first visit I had a detailed treatment plan and got lucky and was able to schedule my fillings and cleaning for the following day. Kandiss was my hygienist and was caring and thorough. The assistant to Dr. Godwin ensured that the numbing was complete before I received any shots and for the first time I didn't even feel them. The work Dr. Godwin performed for my filings is amazing. They are perfectly smooth and unnoticeable. Overall I had an excellent experience and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring and efficient office. The dentist I saw was incredibly kind and thorough. She conducted a comprehensive checkup to ensure there were no signs of infection or inflammation, and even ordered a CT scan of my teeth to make sure nothing was missed. After discussing the numbness and its progression, she gently suggested that it might be Bell's Palsy. However, to rule out the very slight chance of a stroke, she advised me to have someone take me to the emergency room immediately. The staff were all extremely kind and professional, and they asked only that I call and update them on my condition after my ER visit. I felt genuinely cared for, and I believe that level of care is the best any industry can offer its customers. Oh and it is Bell's Palsy. I should be right as rain in a few weeks to a few months.

One guy was called back named Todd we even asked "Which one" ugh it was the other one! i waited approx 20 minutes after my appointment time (total of about 40 - 45 minutes total, yes early was my part) but not being notified or updated and left alone to my own devices and feeling ignored by healthcare.....YET AGAIN....triggered my PTSD so I left and told them ill reschedule when they actually had availability. What I was originally shown was a lightweight piece with no metal. After my extraction (which took about an hour), I was given something totally different -- a large prosthetic that didn't fit right. I couldn't close my mouth properly and could barely talk without a lisp. The dentist tried to file it down, which just made it worse and left a gap between the roof of my mouth and the denture. When I said I was unhappy, she offered to cut it, but told me if she did, I wouldn't be able to eat with it. I agreed because I was sore and ready to go home, but the result is a prosthetic I can't wear at all. My insurance won't cover another one, so I'm just stuck with it. When I tried to talk to the office about it, they weren't kind or helpful -- and I was dismissed from the practice right after paying for the procedure. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this experience left me disappointed and without a usable prosthetic.
