Within ten minutes the florist, who was lovely and attentive, had an absolutely beautiful bouquet pulled together (we watched her do it - she truly made it look effortless) and we on our way. Mom was surprised and very happy. Skip the grocery counter flowers and visit Silver Tulips next time you go visiting. It was the same price as a premade bouquet from Whole Foods but the quality and artistry was vastly superior.

When attempting to pick up the order at the time we agreed on just the day prior, I was told they couldn't find it...after answering 20 questions and showing my online credit card statement I asked for a refund. That apparently was a no no. The 'big' guy who worked their apparently couldn't handle the 'stress' of Mothers Day weekend and literally started yelling at me. Honestly, screaming at me, in front of other customers....unreal. I am a grown man and don't expect to be yelled at. I was more than accommodating during the fiasco, never once raised my voice (and the others in the store know it, as do all the customers who were there) ... Obviously will never go there again. This place is an embarrassment to local businesses. The excuse given (by a pleasant woman when taking my info for a refund) was that they were busy because of mother's day. Perhaps less business will help in the future.

Honest and genuine people, they were so helpful to me when I came by in a pinch looking for some flowers/plants. They helped us out with choosing flowers and were very patient with us. They showed us a good variety to choose from & were very informative and transparent about everything, which I appreciated. The young man also helped carry out the large plants to my car and gave us some plastic to set it on. I will definitely be returning to this nursery whenever I need flowers or new plants. The in-store staff and the driver were very communicative with phone calls and our delivery actually came a bit early. Driver was also very professional and courteous. We only ordered a few yards of fill dirt, but will definitely call Ryser's for our other gardening needs in the future. Sometimes a business makes an impression just in the way they handle calls and simple deliveries. This was one of those times.
