I broke the water supply line to my house while digging. Called Conroe Plumbing. They said a plumber would call me when in route. The plumber (Darrell) called within 30 minutes and was at my house 15 minutes later. He repaired the broken PVC, installed a new shutoff valve and connected to house PEX piping. The master plumber showed up an hour late for the diagnostic visit. I had to go out to the property twice. They got the job done the next day, Which was very good. But did not replace the water heater with the same size. I had no time to ask them to switch it so I got to pay for the bigger one. They did not send an invoice, but called for payment by phone a few days after the service. I gave them my credit card number and asked for an invoice. The next day the owner called asking why I had not paid. Apparently he was not in communication with his staff. I still had not received an invoice. The new water heater has a warranty. I had to call them back to ask about it because they told me nothing. The owner acted as if I should have known to get the serial number and call the manufacture for Warranty information. Then he asked for my recorded call times to his tech and secretary from my phone because he did not know what his staff was doing. Not organized at all! Thankfully the inspection went well except for the water spot on the drywall from where the tech drained the old water heater. I get to go out and paint it now! UPDATE on 8/7. I finally got the invoices on 8/5. The first one did not have a credit card processing fee. The next one did and it was a huge $88! The owner indicated he would not remove this fee even though he added it AFTER the original invoice was created. I do not recommend this service provider! read more

I called Conroe plumbing Monday for a hot water leak and scheduled an appt for the next day. They showed up in a timely manner & fixed our problem with ease. They told us what was wrong and after they finished they showed us that our leak was fixed. Corbin & Kenneth were our plumbers. They talked to us respectfully and even showed some love to our bulldog. We will continue our business with Conroe plumbing for any future issues that might occur. They were very reasonably priced for what they did for our issue. 10/10 recommend. read more

James and Mike are two of the hardest working gentleman that work here! These two wonderful men came out to our home twice in one day basically because our washer was causing an issue with plumbing in our house. They found solutions both times the first time they found a clog and a blocked vent the washer ran and was seeming to work fine when they left both times they ran it and we ran it once after that, but then it started having issues again later in the day they came back out within 30 minutes of calling them the second time snaked the lines both times they came out, rehung loose lines under our home that were sagging and tried every solution they could think of to solve our issues. I'm convinced not only was there plumbing installed incorrectly in our home originally from watching enough you tube videos and by what they also told us and that the washer might have a pump issue itself. However they worked very hard and they are nice and professional working plumbers not appliance repair men I appreciate all there hard work and knowledge and experience they are valuable and I am so glad they fixed it !!! read more

This place charged an outrageous amount of money to install a garbage disposal, that leaked because of not being installed properly!

Called on Monday morning @ 9:00 a.m. after leaving messages for two others on Sunday. Deborah answered. How fresh, usually get an answering service with others. After explaining the what the issue was and where I was. She said I will have someone there shortly. As she stated they were here in @ 30 min maybe a little more. The guys were very polite and professional. After about 20 minutes of assessing and discussion they had to leave and get the parts needed to fix the project which included a complete new diverter valve and shower faucet and asked me what brand I preferred , chrome or not etc. They left and was back in about 30 minutes or so. By noon had my water back on and on their way. Thank you Conroe Plumbing, I will for sure recommend and use you agin for my plumbing needs. I have been trying to get this company to come out to install a whole house filtration system for 2 weeks. Keisha, the scheduling lady, has never gotten our information correct. When the time had passed for our first appointment time, I called to see what happened. She told me that they would not be out that day due to another job that ran over. She NEVER called to inform me of that. Rescheduled for the next day, however they did not show again and when I called about that she had the wrong address, the incorrect job but my name attached to this incorrect information. Rescheduled for today, Monday. When they did not arrive on time, I called again and she told me they were running late and would be here soon. 1.5 hours later the plumber called to confirm the address, it was wrong. Totally lost confidence in this company all due to the incompetence of the scheduling lady, Keisha. When I called to inform her of my lack of confidence and cancelled the appointment she expressed no concern. Just "OK, I will let them know". The plumbers may be great, I don't know. read more

Used Plumbing Systems of Conroe for the first time and they couldn't be any better. They came out to unblock a drain on a Saturday and it did unblock and the service charges were very reasonable. On Sunday afternoon noon we noticed the water wasn't moving very quickly so I called to let them know and they said they would send someone out ASAP. I told them it wasn't necessary that it could wait until Monday. The Office Manager said she rather take care of now and someone would be at our home within the hour and they were. The problem was taken care of at no charge. We recommend Plumbing Systems very highly! read more

Paid over $1,000 for a new propane water heater to be installed and another $500 for a smaller electric unit in a rent house next door. Pilot went out on the gas one after about a week. They came back and reset a sensor and relit it, then told me it was a known issue on that make/model of unit and I should wait to see if it went out again. About 2-3 weeks later it did go out again. When they returned, they said I was now out of warranty on the labor and would have to pay hundreds of dollars more to have the unit repaired with a new burner assembly that includes that sensor. Current status - I have to reset and re-light the pilot about once every two weeks or so to have hot water. These guys are worthless and left me hanging after over $1,500 of business from me. read more
