I've taken from almost every instructor but I definitely have my favorites! I'm not sure if we're allowed to say names on Yelp, but I think I'll try and see what happens because I think it's so important to take classes from teachers that are truly inspirational, creative and passionate about what they do. My favorite classes at melting point are: Karen, Jasmine, Lindsey, Pam, Mallory and Shannon... these are just the ones off the top of my head but they each have their own unique style, a sense of humor but most importantly they are encouraging and accepting, and they make such a great Community vibe! Granted, I don't typically take slow flow classes, or restorative classes so I am no judge on those instructors. However these instructors are the Vinyasa instructors that I have enjoyed the most! The teacher was good but that was the only plus to this studio. No one knows how to book a private,the cost, etc and have to refer to Mallory (who acts like she is doing you a favor to do this). Computer program was not set up for their needs and has to get everything done with an override (which again only she can do with an attitude). Purposely double books room so that you get canceled out and has to refund you on a paid pass. Actively tries to get you to cut ties with studio if she has an issue with you. Does the owner know she is loosing money and clients this way ?? Poor representation for a studio and not very "yogi" at all !!!!

Recommend trying them all though to find what you like :) I have the unlimited package, they also have local studio / all studio access packages, class packs and run specials all the time. Cute merchandise too. The instructors are diverse, consistent and all around just amazing people! She made yoga cerebral, soulful, and beautiful. She focused on the HOW you do each pose. I like that she encouraged you to play and to LISTEN to your body during yoga. She was adept in giving simple and easy to follow directions and examples of variations and modifications. Her mini massages, nurturing touch, and adjustments were heavenly. It was evident she was very intuitive in reading a person's body and providing adjustments to give relief to whatever was tense or needed relief in one's body. The room is stocked with all the tools you could possibly need for your practice. My favorite is the Vinyasa flow with Maggie. Though, I've never had a bad class here and like all the instructors. I always look forward to the cool lavender towel at the end of class. Classes are heated at different temps... hot but not too hot. This is my favorite place for yoga.
