I have been going to Dr. Bill now for over two years now and he has really helped out my upper back issues. Not only do his adjustments really help but the exercises he gives me has also strengthened those areas to have less flair ups in my neck. He also has two in house massage therapists. Dr. Bill is my go-to guy here. Came highly recommended from some colleagues. Turns out I know about a dozen people who see him. Everyone loves it here. I never have issues scheduling the appointment I need or rescheduling if something else comes up. The time in the waiting room is never very long at all either. Most importantly, I always leave feeling better than when I arrived and it lasts longer with each visit. These guys are good. I went here a few years ago because I was having pain when I turned my head to the left. Dr. Tsoubanos scheduled about 5-7 sessions and after that I had zero pain and have no pain to this very day. I still go back for tune ups every few months and always feel 100% better afterwards. If you need major or minor "repairs", then give these guys a try. They can usually schedule you pretty quickly as well. read more

If you want to burden them by scheduling an appointment then feel free, I choose not to after the office personnel seemed upset by me asking a couple questions pertaining to insurance. My husband referred me to Dr. Mike after he worked his magic on him a few months ago. This was my first time seeing a chiropractor since I was a teenager, and MAN I feel like a teen again after that adjustment! I recently bought a jump rope, and that combined with running has brought out some lower back issues due to high impact. The tens unit (electric nerve stimulation) was a little freaky (only because I'd never experienced it before - no pain, just a new sensation) but those spinal manipulations... I had to readjust my rear view mirror in my car when I left. I swear I grew an inch at my appt. Dr. Mike is AWESOME - he and his daughter go running together like my pop and I do, so we bonded over back cracks and broad street run. Haha I feel like a spry, young, limber human who doesn't suffer from constant back pain again thanks to the personalized attention I received today. All of the employees were pleasant and sociable and I felt like family as soon as I walked in (which probably made my adjustments that much easier) - Dr. Mike even remembered my husband and sent his regards. I went to see Dr Tsoubanos one day just for some normal stiff neck issues. What happened next is something only a true professional would have found , he took one look at my neck and back and advised me on the spot not to do any chiropratic manipulation of any kind. What he found from just viewing my neck shoulder and back was severe spinal stinosis and referred me to a neuro surgeon who did confirm what he thought was the problem , and 3 weeks later I had cervical neck fusion surgery to open the space for my nerves in my neck . I dont know what would have happened if that day I did not stop in to see him . Today one year later I am almost 100% recovered , and I owe it all to him . read more

I had been to another Chiropractor before and was very disappointed. I lived in pain for several years after that. I decided to give it another try with a different doctor. I am so glad I did. Dr. Bill talked to me but would not start treatment until he saw an x-ray. Very thorough. After seeing the x-ray he actually took the time to call the hospital to consult with the radiologist before recommending any course of treatment. After just two treatments I was standing straight and walking upright again. My regular doctor and I can't get over the results. As for the comments about the staff, well all I can say is they are always polite and helpful to my wife and me. The office is clean, bright and welcoming. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Extremely rude front desk staff. The women in the front Janine (spelling?) always seems inconvenienced. I've observed her and it seems like she picks and chooses who she wants to share pleasantries with. She's loud and screams your business across the entire waiting room -- total invasion of HIPPA. Furthermore, I did not progress after five sessions and so my PCP wanted to see me back. I requested that they send over all my records and notes so that my PCP can review the work Dr. Bill did. The day of my PCP appointment arrives and my PCP reports they did not receive any records. We call this office and again spoke with Janine who was brash and quick to try and get us off the phone. She stated that they had no recollection of requested records and will get to it when they get to it. We were very firm about needing them at that time and asked why they were not sent. She then became disgruntled and said "I don't know Israel!" and then hung up on me! Umm, hoe about you respect your patients and at least get their names right let alone hang up in their face. My PCP also thinks that I became more rotated from being overly-manipulated but I'm not sure. Dr. Bill was a nice guy but this practice is run so poorly! Rude front desk, triple booking appointments, and overly packed with long waiting times. Did not have a good experience and extremely disappointed that they did not collaborate their medical records with my PCP. read more

I have been a believer in chiropractic care for many years actually too many to count! It is not just for spinal pain but general health. I came to Dr Bill for my back 28 years ago, and I am happy I did! On my first visit with him, he listened to my concerns, looked at my x-rays and explained his findings to me. It turned out the constant, every day pain that I had been experiencing was due to undiagnosed issues with my spine. He described the situation and his recommondations for a course of action to help stop and reverse the damage. He did not pressure me to continue seeing him it was just genuine concern and understanding. After just one adjustment I felt much better! And In just a few weeks of treatment pain was gone. Then after a few years I fell and herniated disks in my neck, once again Dr. Bill eliminated the pain and I did not have to go for the operation the medical doctors suggested. I have had Dr. Bill as a doctor as long as I have had my husband. Everything about Conshohocken Chiropractic center is warm, friendly and welcoming. The office is clean and hours are very accommodating. The staff is wonderful and both Dr. Bill and Dr. Mike are great doctors. Patients who go to him are also friendly and are not only from the area but often drive an hour to come for an appointment. The office is equipped with stimulation, ultrasound, heat and ice therapy. They have roller and stretching tables, and exercise room for therapy too! The massage therapists are also awesome. I highly recommend this office to everyone! read more

I have been going to Dr. Bill for over 25 years with both back and neck pain. Each time I go, Dr. Bill takes the time to listen and thoroughly check me out before beginning treatment. I have tried other chiropractors over the years when I was unable to drive to his location thinking I could find a reputable replacement near my home. Surprisingly, there is no one that comes close to delivering the pain relief that Dr. Bill provides. Both my daughters who are avid cheerleaders have also been successfully treated by Dr. Bill for their various sports injuries . I cannot give enough accolades to this practice.
