Communication was great and he even called during the inspection to ensure we were getting all the information possible to make an informed decision. A few minor needs were addressed by the dealer due to his diligence and some suggestions to make the rv even better have since been implemented. We are still early in the ownership phase, but to this point the inspection seems accurate and well worth the very reasonable fee. Instead, I was stuck there for an outrageous hour and 17 minutes for something that should have taken 20 minutes max. And that's being generous. I've changed these bulbs myself before. It's a 5-7 minute job with two bolts to remove. The inspection itself? 10-15 minutes, tops. Then came the real slap in the face: $76!! $12 for the inspection. $64 for labor. - TO INSTALL BULBS I PROVIDED. At no point did anyone bother to tell me how long this would take, or what it would cost. And when I rightfully called them out on it, the employee had the nerve to be dismissive and condescending. Instead of addressing my concerns, he sarcastically asked, "Well, why didn't you do it yourself?" To which I replied, "Because I can't do an inspection myself, and I thought it would be easier to do them at the same time." For comparison, I called another local shop after the fact. They quoted me $10-$15 for the same job, plus the $12 inspection. And guess what? They would have had it done in a fraction of the time. Let me be crystal clear: AutoHaus ripped me off! They wasted my time, overcharged me, and treated me like my concerns didn't matter. If you value your money and your patience, take your business elsewhere.

I had only moved it 10 feet before I stopped and knew driving it was damaging the car itself. The driver took my keys and backed my car out of its space, then in drive and drove it onto the truck despite the terrible sound and rubbing vibration from the front end of the car. When he put it in drive to move forward a large piece of metal broke off and shot out from under the car. His coworker looked shocked and shook his head while the man continued to drive my car like that. The mechanic stated my brand new tire was punctured and flat by the time it made it to the shop, because driving it made the coil on my broken strut break off and destroy my new, expensive tire. He stated had my car been placed on the truck using the tow line it most likely wouldn't have happened. Will not use this company again.

I had gotten told at a Dobbs in a bigger city that I needed to replace my shocks and struts and it would cost me about $1000.
