I picked up my truck and every time I start my truck there is now a loud clicking inside the cab from what they say is an accustom that is now bad by pure Coincidence which it was not making that sound before I dropped it off and has been making the sound ever since And the second time I turned on my truck after picking it back the check engine light came back on for the same o2 sensor. after asking them about it they said they didn't swap out the actual sensor to make me not waste my money. they said they ran a test on the sensor after installing the new turbo and it was good but it wasn't even 13 hours after getting it back that the check engine light came back on. Then they went ahead and charged me another $239.02 to have them fix the issue. THE SAME ISSUE I ORIGINALLY TOLD THEM TO FIX.

If it doesn't need replacing they won't replace it. These days it's easy to look out what prices on what parts cost and Hatfield doesn't overcharge you like you expect at the dealer. On the repair I paid what I was quoted. No extra, oh we forgot to tell you that kind of stuff. They work on your car like you would if you knew what you were doing. Over the years I've gone to Pep Boys, Toyota and Chevy dealerships and other repair shops and I would trust Hatfield to work on both of my cars if they break down. The rest of the car works fine so there was no need to get a new/used car. Since the engine has been replaced it runs like new, gets 31.6 miles to the gallon and is back on the road 7 days a week. I also got a warranty on the engine 1 year or 12,000 miles both parts and labor included in the price. Was also provided a receipt that included that engine had been replaced with the mileage, and the mileage that the car had on it when it was replaced if and when I sell the car.

Took my car in to find out why it wouldn't start after it ran out of gas. They told me it had sugar…read morein the gas because they checked for pH level, which indicated sugar. Internet said sugar does not have a pH value and would not prevent car from starting. There would also be a kettle corn smell when running. I did not believe that since I had a locking gas gap so I checked the gas tank myself and it had water in it from the damaged gas can I used when it ran out of gas. The gas can had mostly water in it instead of gas. Easy fix compared to their $1600 they wanted to fix it. Water does have a pH value.

If they replaced the trans cooler they would have to replace the whole radiator but there is no line for radiator or coolant on this invoice. Basically they are adding stuff to invoices just to turn a profit. Lying about what work they actual are doing. Its nice to know that corporate mechanics are still out there stealing from honest working Americans. Already canceled payment with my credit card, sent photos showing that the radiator was not replaced and the cooler lines were never touched. They will get what's coming to them, will never recommend a place like this again.
