Carrie has come to my rescue numerous times: furnace/heat problems, broken guage on my propane tank, generator cleaning and recommended adjustments, solar/battery power issues a punctured tire and even getting thru / unstuck in washes. She was patient and kind, never patronizing or condescending - like some of the males around. She was expedient and able to calm my fears, frustration and anxiety. She even walked me thru everything she was doing so I could do it myself later - if needed. And since I wanted to learn more about my RV, she provided links to training videos she recorded. Carrie shows great qualifications and prior to the inspection she sounded like she was very…read moreknowledgeable with inspecting any type of RV including a Motorhome which is what we needed. When we had her inspect a 2003 Beaver Motorhome she missed some very important aspects of the Motorhome and didn't seem very familiar with major common systems in the coach, therefore many things were missed or inaccurate on her report. For example, she was not familiar with Aqua Hot so she never checked it and when she turned on the water to test whether or not it was getting hot she gave us temperatures in the 60's leading us to believe the water wasn't getting hot but she didn't leave it on long enough for the temps to rise. When she tested the washer/dryer combo she never even checked to see if the water supply was turned on to it which it was not and reported to us that the rinse cycle was not working because there was no water coming out. She also never checked the suspension airbags, as well as the tag axle switch to see if they actually raise and the list goes on. Would definitely never use her again nor would we recommend her. We feel it was a total waste of money because after much conversation with the owners of the coach, they were able to prove that her report was very inaccurate.

Water came in the roof through several spots 10 days after I purchased it. Lance had a problem with the tape used to seal the roof vents and dealers were instructed to pull the tape and caulk them before sale. This dealer did not perform that maintenance and as a result the unit has leaked in several spots and they take no responsibility. No doubt this is also the case with the other units on their lot. Wheelen did not disclose water damage and did not perform required maintenance, then stated the unit is in new condition. That is fraud in my book. if that doesn't scare you away just read the other reviews on google....

I was willing to give it one more shot and called today: Chris answered and I asked about the unit and he replied with 'what about it?' Said we were done and ready to go. Paid almost $3000.00. Get into truck and same lights are still on. Went back inside to ask what the hell? Several minutes later they say we need a new turbo. At least another $6000.00. One mechanic says it is spinning to fast and another later says to slow. They don't know what they are doing.
