Terrible, after 4 days they just refunded instead of shipping the product. Stating it's out of stock. Retail sails 101 failure.

Times are different and that goes for the bicycle market. Stocks are limited but the staff At this establishment were so patient and helpful through the entire experience of picking a bike that was right for me. Sara was super helpful, knowledgeable and passionate.Went to pick up my bike after a week's wait for it to be built and she took extra time to field all my annoying questions and concerns. I learned so much about proper bike maintenance and safety; things I had no idea of after decades of cycling. If you're going to get a bike anywhere in Greater Moncton this place is a no brainer! Spring is the busy season for Mike's - but I had a need to bring my Fatbike in for some tuning up. They had a sweet deal for a "5 Star" services for my bike - and I couldn't be happier for the work that they gave, and the above-and-beyond approach to answer some questions I had for bike racks and locks. Extremely helpful in getting a high-end bike which was perfect for my height (and comfort obligations)...tested several of them outdoors, guided by staff on options and even got a great water bottle :) many thanks read more

Nice bikes but these guys working there are pompous, arrogant and rude as all hell. Went in looking for an ebike and they treated me like a trendy loser and recommended regular mountain bikes. I bought nothing. ALSO I was trying to do the financing through Saint John Energy and they are to reply to an email with the bill for the bike to Saint John Energy but 3 weeks went by and they never replied to Saint John Energy. Totally different experience at Bike Works Adam spent a great deal of time talking with me about every thing I inquired about. Ended up getting a great bike two year is a row. Through out Adam has assisted in anything I have asked for going above and beyond every time.
