I was having my insurance quotes run by Agent Keller, with Constance Ann State Farm up in Kirkland, WA and I was extremely pleased with the customer service provided. I work Monday-Friday and am unavailable during normal work hours and heavily prefer speaking in person in regard to important matters like insurance. Kaitlyn Gave me the Worst experience ever !!! They called me to offer me insurance... I singed up When I called back they were closed on Monday all day left 2 voice mails called them back Tuesdays .. Kaitlyn to ask them to send me the set up email for the app ! Kaitlyn kept telling me that they're having trouble and is that all I need and I can let you go now I told her no I have more questions about my policy. She didn't told me only about my renters insurance and I was calling about my car insurance so she's like oh is that all that you need? I'll send you an email about it. Is that all that you need? I can let you go now she kept trying to hang up on me and can't close the phone call as I was needing assistance for the online app and questions about my policy that it said it was only active for three months then she kept telling me ok. We are having technical difficulties. So we can't do that right now. I'll do it tomorrow continually trying to end the call on me while I needed help then she told me I'm just not trying to keep you hold on on the phone call because I know you're busy I then told her how would I be busy if I'm the one calling for assistance? I told her I don't wanna be a client with you guys if I'm gonna be a burden and you don't wanna help and have patience in time to help your customers then I asked her for the phone number to to cancel so I can get a refund and she said yeah that's fine. Hey All! I love dealing with Constance and the rest of her team. I use to love in Ohio and the StateFarm insurance I had there SUCKED. I got reared ended and they ignored my calls, never called me back, never helped me. I dealt with all the issues myself. Fast forward, I moved back to Seattle. Constance was recommend to me by a family friend. Because of my previous experience with StateFarm, I was totally skeptical and had all my guard up. Anyway, we met at Starbucks for a face to face meeting. She answered all my questions & was able to help me, save money, provide quality customer service. Then, I get rear ended again in downtown Seattle. I didn't have their app set up, my insurance card was not in my car. I emailed Constance how I would be able to obtain a copy at 11:30pm. I've been a customer here for a little over 4 years. Initially, the process was great, and the staff were responsive and great to work with. In the last ten months, since I switched my life insurance plan to one that exempted me from WA LTC policy, the office has incorrectly billed me 3 or 4 times in 10 months. I don't receive any warning, nor does anyone in the office realize that my policies are incorrect until I receive an incorrect premium or bill and notify their office. I've asked to be supported or helped multiple times over the past 3 or 4 months, and no one has responded or helped. I received one phone call when I demanded clarification, and the agent promised to escalate my case but never did. I've been asking for communication and better responsiveness, but this office doesn't prioritize customer care. read more

It was only AFTER we got the vehicle back that they called and said we owed a portion that they weren't going to cover. Constance set up a meeting between us and the claims agent and sided with her, doing NOTHING for us, THE CLIENT. She's hard to get ahold of, never in the office and has a condescending attitude. read more

If there was a zero star option, I'd choose that. We had a claim out on a vehicle only for her claims agent to argue with the body shop for almost a month over the dollar amount. Only after 33 days from the date of the accident, did we get a call telling us that they weren't covering a portion. Constance set up a "phone meeting" between her, her claims agent and us. Not once did she go to bat for us, not once did she apologize about the situation...she stuck us with a bill that they refused to pay BUT FAILED TO INFORM US ABOUT. Buyers beware!!!!!!! Agent name Ashely. Promises and lying to you guaranteed. Even after you catch her time after time lying to you and tell her what she done she don't take responsibility and her boss the head of this agency back her up . She told me I'll pay a certain amount I paid more than double . Run!!! While you still can and the worst thing is after you catching her time after time that she lied and she said "you have a problem go to complain to the commissioner go complain to my boss I don't care" You can find places that will give you what you need and actually the price they told you. I paid double than what she said she admit it and to want to give you the money they took from you. If you're current customers just leave she is lying to you and start looking at your invoices and your bank statements. And if one of the agent behave like that I won't be surprised if they all do the same especially if her boss backing everything she say and lie to customer. Don't say I didn't told you. She look a nice person but look can be deceiving and she push you to signs and tell you don't worry would I lie to you yes you're lying over and over. 1. Moving from another company she say she going to take care of things and than you lose money because she can't and she lie. 2. Promise you a monthly price and believe me you're not going to get what she promises. 3. Promise she will fix it and don't call you back and tell her front desk to say she's not available. 4. Don't give you your money back for her mistakes and it becomes a lot of money. 5. Get support from her boss to do all of that. 6. Try to move you to a different agent after she messed everything up. This is by far a down to earth easy to communicate with insurance company. I've personally meet with the owner Constance Ann, who assisted me when my agent Ashley was on vacation. Constance was so down to earth with me explaining terms to me a, "common man" in terminology in which I understood. And Ashley to is always so polite and very helpful. She walked me through step by step when my car had got vandalized a few months earlier. Thank god state farm covered all expenses and even had a loaner car awaiting me. I wish that Jon Howard hadn't retired and sold his business to Constance. We gave Constance so many tries to show us a good agent with decent customer service. Over and over our bill was messed up, she was disrespectful and would talk over me during conversations. She would tell other people on my policy one thing and then me something else. I stayed with her office until her only good employee (who fixed every issue I had) was fired (which Constance told me, which was inappropriate in the former employee's confidentially, in my opinion.) She had yelled at me on the phone many times and told me I filed things the wrong way among many other things, even though it had been how I had done it before. She needs to work on her customer service. We switched to a new agent; have not had any issues since and they even have saved us money. They fixed all the issues with our previous policies as well after finding other errors with email proof that Constance had made mistakes costing me money and delays in fixing things after an accident.
