They never provided me a wrench to remove the filter housing so I could replace the filter (which has now been in there for 6 years). New management or not, they kept the company name and I would think they would have historical files to know what sized pipes were used instead of asking me plumbing question, which I know absolutely nothing about. I'll need to find a more reputable company.

I had an issue with my furnace, of course, at the end of the day, 3pm. I contacted Experienced who…read moresaid they'd come out within an hour. Brian arrived in 45 minutes. He determined we needed a part that he had back at his shop. He left and returned in another hour with the part. We've had issues previously with this furnace particularly the "zone valve." 4 different HVAC experts had been to our house before replacing zone valve after zone valve. Brian examined the furnace and he was able to determine that the issue was probably never the zone valve, but the wiring was never Installed properly. He rewired, also discovered it wasn't working because with 2 thermostats we needed a transformer. He fixed it all the same day and we finally had someone solve our "zone valve" issue after 25 years! !!! Can't recommend Experienced enough!!!
