Hello everyone, that is interested in my post . A day ago I went to get my Mexican passport and well it only took about 4hours and a 30 minutes. Good thing about is , I actually got my passport the same day . Only thing that got me was "Cash only" And the Google maps info says that it takes credit cards . Not true !! It's CASH ONLY. Oh and before I forget , you have to have the exact amount of cash for any documents you want done . I left the actual Phone # for appointments and pricing.

Do better, Frank - you know nothing about me and your "joke" wasn't funny in the least bit. Front desk staff was never friendly and only slightly helpful here, not the service you'd expect from somewhere so close to Disney and in vacation central. Rude!!

Not anybody friendly. Poorly operated. Stay away!!! First problem was the bathtub. Who puts a razor sharp edged in the shower? The bathtub was awkwardly connected to a stone seat ... that was designed for a shower. It looked like the tiles on the edge of the seat came straight out of the tile cutter, with perfectly sharp edges, that can cut fruits! Who sign off this? Where was the hotel manager? My son slipped and hit the edge on the back of his head, thought the hair, and we had to make a late night visit to an emergency room. The cut was so bad that the doctor had to staple it. Secondly, the A/C was pointed directly at the bed, causing extremely strong wind. At the same time the thermostat was in another room. The bedroom was oscillating between freezing wind and overheating. It was almost impossible to sleep at night. This ruined my whole trip to LA. Lastly the window in the bedroom did not open. The night was cool. I would be ok with just ventilating the room. This is really sad because I have been pretty frequent customer at Hilton last year. I even stay this exact chain (Embassy Suites) recently and the hotel did not have any of these issues. It is possible that this particular location is just poorly operated and the manager should be fired. I'm not going to give Hilton another chance. Going back to staying at Marriott. Never had safety issues with Marriott. Stay away until serious changes are made. Reconsider loyalty to Hilton brand.

We stayed at the Anaheim North location for 2 nights the week of Christmas. For $150 a night for a room that sleeps 6, and includes free hot breakfast every morning...this was a deal. The staff at check-in was friendly and everyone we encountered during our breakfast were also great. Our room was relatively clean, but again showed signs of age. The toilet wobbled when you sat on it. The room slept 6 but only came with 4 towels. One out of the 4 elevators was out of service during our stay. Overall, it was not that bad. The hallway on the 5th floor has tons of spiderwebs so I can only imagine the infestation doesn't just cover the room we were in. The room was dirty, looks like soda splashed on the wall, tooth paste spit in the bathroom. We left for knotts berry farm on Saturday and when we came back the bed had been made but none of the amenities had been replaced so we had no coffee our second day there. Trash didn't get taken out either and no new towels. We booked here because they had an indoor pool and we knew it was possible to rain this weekend. The pool was murky and gross but the first night we thought maybe it was just dirty from that day of traffic. The next morning at 5am we noticed the same pool floaters in there and towels still all over the floor. My husband asked when they maintained the pool and they said they'd were getting to it later. The same pool floaters were there when we checked out two days later and the pool area was never cleaned. Do not take your kids in that pool. Murky water is not normal. The finale- it rained pretty hard this morning and as we sat and ate breakfast we got a nice amount of rain water from the leaky high ceiling. This place is a dump. I originally was going to leave two stars but 1 star deserving for sure after the leaky roof incident.

It was VERY quiet the first 2 nights. VERY. I got 2 great nights of sleep. The AC worked great (it was not a wall unit but a unit by the window). This is a super easy walk to the Toy Story parking lot. My room overlooked that lot. You can walk to the lot, go through security and hop on the Disney bus that lets you out right at the gate. Again, not the hotel's fault at all. Unfortunately, on the morning of my second day staying here I discovered three bites that appeared to be bed bug bites. We immediately contacted the front desk and they were extremely professional and were able to book us another room. I was pretty upset as it cut out 1-2 hours out of Disney since we had to pack our stuff and move...I ended up filing an incident report as it was recommended by Jeovanni to have it documented. Huge props to Jeovanni for his professionalism and assistance with the matter. Mishaps aside, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Comfortable beds (aside from the bed bugs...), decent free breakfast, and I loved the convienence to Disney. The Toy Story parking lot is around the corner so we took the shuttle from there to get to the park.

The room is clean and comfortable. Love the bed and pillows and convenience of having amenities in the hotel. Now, for the negatives. When we checked in we were informed that it was going to be $39/night to park! Honestly, I was taken aback. Perhaps that is common in this area but given I booked the reservation over the phone, that is something that definitely should have been conveyed over the phone. It is my understanding this hotel was remodeled in 2024. It does have a new and modern feel about it. So, can you please tell me why they still have showers from the 90's when it was originally built in 2002? The water pressure is so strong in the shower that it hurts! There are adjustments and they are hard, harder, and hardest. Additionally, if you are still using wall showers instead of hand-held in 2026, you have fallen behind. Everybody knows being able to direct the shower is a much better satisfying shower. Additionally, the shower curtain is too short and it just blows around and no matter how you try water is all over the floor. Lastly, there are no safety strips or texture at all on the tub and they are just a slip away from a lawsuit. Several times both my wife and I almost slipped. Because of the sub-standard shower, I will not be returning to the hotel. If they remedy those issues in the shower, I would be happy to return.

What could have been an extremely stressful situation was made so much easier thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, every interaction was positive. The valet attendant greeted us warmly and directed us to self parking. At check in, the front desk clerk was friendly, understanding of our situation, and helped extend our stay since we had no idea how long we would be displaced. Later, when we learned we might need to stay for up to two weeks, the staff again went out of their way to help and extended our reservation without hesitation. The pricing adjustments they offered were incredibly generous. We were originally quoted a much higher rate by the automated phone system, but once we spoke with the front desk, they applied an evacuation rate and even lowered it further as our stay continued. They also retroactively adjusted the earlier nights and provided complimentary parking for the entire stay. Their compassion during a difficult time meant a lot. We stayed in two different rooms, both of which were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Each room had the essentials, a small refrigerator, a large TV, and a coffee and tea setup. The second room also had a microwave, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable, and everything in the rooms worked well except for the USB ports in the first room, but the regular outlets worked fine. When the evacuation zone was finally reduced and we were cleared to return home, checkout was quick and easy. The staff remained just as friendly and helpful as they had been throughout our stay. Overall, the entire team was professional, personable, and truly accommodating. Their support made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and we are very grateful for the care they showed us.

There is a coffee shop in the lobby just as you enter the hotel. It's little pricey for what you get. I ordered a breakfast croissant. It was good, but again, pricey for what you get. The room was comfortable, cool, and clean. The 3 C's I typically look for when staying in a hotel. There is a decent work area. The bed was comfortable, and it had a nice-sized TV. The lamp outlet on the desk was a bit hard to find, and it's low on the lamp's base. Closet space is ok - standard. The shower had two conditioner pump bottles and one shampoo. There was no shower gel. Not a huge deal. I usually bring my own. There is a really nice outdoor space with varied seating. Some of the lounge-chair type seating have firepits. I forgot my swim trunks to get into the pool. But that's ok, there are usually too many kids in that type of area for me. I like a more chill, less noisy swim. The parking is tight. There is a small lot. About 1/4 of it is for valet. Although the valet team seemed pretty nice, I self parked my vehicle. There are some fast-food places nearby to eat if you aren't feeling the hotel food. And Best Buy is nearby if you attend an event and need some tech stuff. Oh yeah, and The Block at Orange is within walking distance if you need to do some real shopping, get something to eat, or just have some fun. Overall, it was a really good stay. I would revisit in the future. It was good value and service for the money. PROS * Good value * Nice, professional staff * Comfy rooms * Quick elevators * Nice decor * Pantry near check-in area * Good for meetings, seminars, conferences * Outdoor space * Tennis courts * Outdoor pool * Nearby food and shopping * Near the fwy CONS * Small parking lot * A lot of local traffic noise but it's not terrible * Room towels are a bit on the rough side * Could not remove the shower head and separate it from the docking port in the shower * Hurt my foot getting in the shower; the bottom area is a bit raised with metal trim. Just take your time and look down. You should be fine. * Commode flushes hard and loudly * The work desk is a bit small * The desk chair is heavier than most and has no wheels. It is hard to move easily.
