USCIS Biometric appointment was scheduled to take here. (So apparently it's by appointment only) Easy to find a parking spot. There will be a checkin officer to come out and check your appointment paper and ID and then let you in. Taking photos is strictly prohibited. You will be guided to sit down until next officer is calling your name. When it's your turn, they will check your ID and all your papers again and then clip a number on the file for next step. The female officer also gave me a booklet to study for Civics test. You will be called to have your headshot taken and they will also scan your fingerprints. The female officer was nice and asked me if the photo was ok or if I wanted a retake. She also rechecked if my names are with any typos. There are two restrooms which are clean to use. I took my friend down for her fingerprint and photo appointment. She has her permanent resident alien card and is very close to obtaining citizenship. The employees at this office were so kind and helpful. My friend was very scared because of the false and misleading, narratives being pushed on social media and the press. The employees here approved that if someone is willing to go through the application process, they will help them reach their ultimate goal of becoming a US citizen. We like the physical office space; it was clean with lots of seats and easy to get in and out esp. for those with difficulty walking/going up and down the stairs/using a wheel chair. one side of the area is alloted for the officers to check the applicants documents and the back side is the waiting area where they call the applicants for biometrics/photo. The team that day was organized and very attentive to the applicants needs including the lady who let the applicants inside the building. read more

Took a relative here that needed extra support completing her renewal. We were 1/2 hour late due to traveling to a different location on accident. My relative accidentally misplaced her paperwork so I had to quickly look on Google to guess the place we were supposed to be. I thought for sure they were going to send us home when we got there as we were late and had no paper work. When we arrived, a kind gentleman let us in and greeted us with a smile and let us know not to worry. It was very quiet and there were maybe one person ahead of us being helped. The receptionist was super sweet as well. We were called back to talk to another nice lady. All we needed to do was complete a new photo and maybe finger print. We were in and out within 15-30 min! I was so shocked and surprised how seamless the whole process went!! I give this place an A+ ! Tip#1:bring a mask and make sure to turn off your cell phone. Took me less than a minute to do the application through biometric (fingerprints). It was super fast and convenient. All staffs here were very kind as well. I had an appointment for my relative at 8am but we didn't make it out until 10:30am. The lobby was not too full and the receptionist was very kind. There were only about 6 people ahead of us and we waited about 15 minutes for our number to be called. The facility is bright, clean and easy to find. The parking lot is free and has plenty of spaces. No cell phones allowed to be used inside! They will say something if they see you using a cell phone. Water bottles are allowed. read more

I am an asylum seeker from China. I had my biometric fingerprint taken on September 28, 2022 here, and the receptionist who attended to me was extremely friendly and respectful. The staff who assisted with the fingerprinting process was also very polite and enthusiastic, creating a fantastic experience. Wow wow wow! I hail from NYC. It is a well established fact that immigration offices have horrible customer service and unwilling reps. Imagine to my surprise when I walked in without an appointment to complete biometrics, and was promptly and politely advised on my next steps. The staff are really friendly and helpful. My finger print schedule was messed up by the NSC, and I had to leave the country first. About one week after I left, the biometrics appoint arrived and was on a date that I wouldn't be able to make it. I flew back on a Sunday and went to the facility as an walk-in appointment though it was scheduled couple of days later. I knew I was probably just trying my luck. I showed about 6:30am to be the first one in line nervously. The staff was very nice and agreed to take my finger prints ahead of the schedule! read more

I am a US Citizen who just retired from a job in Italy and would like to move permanently to the United States. So far, I wrote, e-mailed and called many entities and the status of my son's application on the USCIS states that "On August 24, 2021, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number WAC1890187854. USCIS has begun working on your case again. We will send you a decision or notify you if we need something from you." This was AUGUST 2021! I am writing this to gain help in expediting a Citizenship application for my son Dario De Lorenzo (who just completed his 4-year college degree in aeronautical and space engineering from the University of Naples) and would like to follow me in the Unites States. As a side note, we started his application for a US Citizenship in 2018 and a month ago we sent more information at an immigration base in Laguna Niguel. Dario is interested in working in the Unites States because of the advanced programs many companies offer. He has applied to General Electric, General Atomic, NASA but they all told him that, since he will need security clearance for his type of work, he needs to be a United Stated Citizen. I understand that there is a process in place that needs to be followed but I believe that I am in a special situation since I am a US Citizen, and my husband (a retired Art History Professor) was awarded a green card years ago. I am only asking that, after extensive paperwork back and forth to consulates and other immigration entities, my son be granted the long-awaited Citizenship so that we can all move permanently in the United States and live our dream to be a productive part of the USA.
