While the process was a bit long winded, Tommy and Greg were adept with getting the transfers complete from archaic phones to the newest/ best. It wasn't a "cake walk" by any stretch of the imagination, but Tommy and Greg were both persistent in finishing up the process. I knew what needed to be done but didn't have the right tools or ESD area. When I walked in and showed the Tech he immediately told me he wouldn't have to open the laptop.
