Brought 2 family phones in for upgrade and reduced price on trade-in. But didn't like the one phone, returned it week later (they said up to 30 days), and happy with 2nd choice. But monthly bill stated the trade-in sale not applicable because they had to re-order the 2nd choice. So I'm making payments on two phones, one with great deal and the other at full retail. And they never returned my original trade-in so I could at least sell it on open market. Months of phone tag and Indian Brad chats later, they won't give the reduced price for trade-in. Stay away - clerks are dishonest or just plain dumb. read more

After making NINE attempts to return the Verizon Internet Gateway since March 28, 2024 with no success, I need to share my experiences with potential customers considering such an offer. They tell customers that you can try it for 30 days and then return it in the event you are not satisfied. CLIENTS BEWARE! Having visited TWO different VERIZON locations since 03/28/24 and being promised that they would send the parcel and postage to return said unit invariably every attempt, visit and promise that I would receive said return parcel. Guess what? Now, since it has passed the 30 days and to date (May 16, 2024) I have received nothing but promises, I am being charged $214.00 for not returning the Gateway as specified. It would seem like this is a scam and I would warn any potential clients to BE AWARE shpould you consider such. Nothing but "Verbal Promises" has transpired even though I have requested a shipping address and I will pay the postage. However, they claim that the employees at VERIZON aren't able to provide even that information. Hence, I am left with VERIZON equipment which is useless as well as a $214.00 charge on my account. Seems like VERIZON does not even know what is happening or is able to follow through with their return policy. Hopefully,, this will notify potential customers aware of this delimma. Again, went back to my favorite Verizon store location. This time I had the pleasure to be helped by Michelle. I had called to make an appointment to upgrade to two new IPhones. Michelle was ready for us, and she was super nice, professional and knowledgeable. From trading in, best deal, to having the colors available to pick, it was a great experience. Also made use of her offer for a new, 50% off iPad. This young lady knows her field, it was pure joy! Also the other associates were so kind and polite, I can only recommend this store. read more

This is my second trip to this location and I have received outstanding service both times. First time was a couple of months ago when I first moved to the area and the manager set me up with a new phone and transferred all my photos, notes, contacts, etc. from my android phone to the iPhone. He was extremely patient and very pleasant. The second time was this week and I was helped by representative Savannah. I had some questions about data usage and plans. She was very helpful, patient and a pleasure to work with and got me set up on the right plan and saved me money. I've been a Verizon customer for 20 years and the service at this location is awesome compared to the locations in New York. read more

Cellular Sales as a company is VERY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH. They remind me of the dishonest car salesmen that try to sell you phones, give you the run-around, a make promises that are not kept. They DO NOT WORK with or KNOW how Verizon does business. They simply try to sell you phones, mess with your data plan and send you out the door. There is no follow up on orders I have made-my phone sat in their store for 1 month before I called them. Each time I have a question regarding the Verizon service and how the phone fits into it, I get different answers that, when I call Verizon are simply not true. The "new" phones I buy from them break sooner than ones I order from Verizon, which leads me to think that they are indeed dishonest.j read more

This isn't a Verizon company store. They were terrible to deal with. The female sales rep Brittany was pleasant, although she accused me of damaging my phone.Then when I insisted the phone was problematic less than a week after purchase 11/25/13 (I owned the phone 18 days) When she told me there was nothing Cellular Sales would do because I damaged the phone, I told them I would retrieve my other devices and return them as well because of the poor customer service. I was then confronted by a young guy I thought was the manager. He attempted to tell me I was being ridiculous and provide some smart ass analogy about buying a new truck then denting it and returning the truck to the dealership for free repairs. I did go back home, get the other devices and returned them. I was told they would't issue me a refund but did secure the products back in their possession. I INSISTED they issue me something to prove they took back the devices. I later found out the manager Rick was there the entire time, heard and observed what was going on but ignored the issues going on with his sales staff.I truely believe I was given a refurbished phone G2.This companies handeling of this business issue was terrible. TO add to the poor customer service and confrontations by the young sales rep who had no busineessm addressing the issue, I was told their company controled all of this part of Fl. Well I called Corporate Office who took my incident report and directed me to a TRUE VERIZON store. Funny I had no problems or complaints with that Company Store. Ok, just a couple more comments/information.. Thank you for reading this long blurb. I have since spoke to other folks at my parents condo complex and at the community I live in in IRB I was told Cellular Sales also ownes the Kios at Counrtyside mall. I was told of many customers serice or lack there of at this location. This information was only told to me so I can't confirm these folks issues but my problem with this Phone Retailer who pays for the Verizon lable is fact. I still haven't recieved a refund or call from Rick as they told my credit Card company and me he would call. Next step flyers thoughout the Largo IRB communities, then what civil action. TOTALLY WRONG of Cellular Sales to do this to me.What will they do to you. The people are good. Verizon as a company is horrible. If you must deal with Verizon I would suggest talking with the people of this location. I have been to 2 others and the children working at those locations couldn't even tie the shoes they had on. read more
