Resulto que aceptaron mi caso y ahora me van a dar todo el dinero que me merecía (lo que no me habían pagado por la ley del overtime) ¡justo a tiempo porque necesitaba el dinero! Estoy muy agradecido con mi abogado, un señor muy amable que se llama Adan, un señor muy profesional y determinado a ayudarte. I am usually a person who does not write reviews, but this is the one time I felt a review was necessary and I was not asked to share this review. I received a 100 mph speeding ticket on I-90, just like everyone else would do and try to find an attorney. A complete scam. If you have extra money and don't know what to do with it, go ahead and hire this law firm--besides putting you through a terrible experience, they'll gladly keep your money. They take advantage of people's hopes and vulnerabilities just to steal from you. They make you sign a contract, and that's what they use to justify keeping your money. I hired them for a fiancée visa for my partner. They eventually stopped responding to my messages and completely cut off communication. They just keep transferring you from one person to another. Now that I've asked for my money back, they told me there's a $750 cancellation fee. Then I get a text saying my refund will be $155 due to "time spent on my case"--even though they only answered two emails and made a couple of calls. On top of that, I sent them a $675 money order for immigration fees, plus four deposits of $500. Now they claim they spent too much time on my case, and that small refund is all I'm getting. This is truly theft, masked by a so-called contract. In the end, they get to keep your money, and there's nothing you can do about it. and I have proof of all of this!!! read more

I was pulled over in Berwyn. This was the fourth time in 3 years that I was pulled over with a suspended license. I knew that going into court I would be facing serious consequences with implications of the possibility of a year minimum un jail. I had over $4000 in fines and tickets that I never took care of and 3 suspension. I came into Cocsumer Law group and was able to work with attorney Kirk who in the first court was able to neutralize the D.A who had no sympathy on me. The D.A had already made his intentions known. "Judge we are asking for jail time". Kirk immediately spoke to the judge and explained my situation and let the judge know I was able to get my license but had to pay all of my fines. The judge then granted me 3 months to be able to pay everything up and come back with my license. Mi caso era de asilo y como veía que no avanzaban en nada, llame para preguntar y el señor me dijo que estaban esperando la "fecha prioridad", cuando se sabe que para aplicar asilo político en las cortes no necesitas fecha de nada. Decidí retirarme de esta firma y ya había pagado $2500, no me quisieron devolver el dinero porque me sacaron una cuenta para cobrar hasta el tiempo de las llamadas que yo mismo hacia para preguntar por mi caso porque veía que no avanzaban en nada. Con razón me dejaban esperando al telefono, para que el tiempo corriera y poder cobrármelo si decidía retirar el caso.
