There seems to be the business owner who is the groomer and she is so friendly and oviously has a great love of the dogs she caters for. My dog has been to another place and I had to drag her in but here she goes inside reasonably happy. The owner takes care to call her by name. On collection which is about 3 hours later my dog looks lovely, I enter the premises and it is nice to see the area where my dog has been groomed. Very often these places are hidden from view of the owners. The owner used to work in a vets I believe so it is great comfort that my dog is in the hands of an experienced person who listens to your requirements and give you suggestions until you are satisfied you will get what you want for your dog. The hairdressers run mostly by pre booked appointments but can sometimes book you in if they are not busy. So sometimes you may be lucky and get a walk in appointment. The prices are brilliant with a cut and blow dry costing approximately £13 compared to other hairdressers where it can be up to £30 for this service. All staff are very nice and helpful.
