Having to move to the East Coast, and wanted a refill for Synthroid. It's typical for you to have lab work done every six months (even Endocrinologist do this) to make sure levels are good. I had them done [4] months ago and they were in range and I felt good and STILL do. Needless to say, he want me to come in for an office visit and lab work WHEN I DONT NEED TO!!! I just wanted 30 days worth to get me to Atlanta!!! On top of that, the last time I was there and DID have lad work he only gave me 30 days supply then!!!!! WTF. It's normal for me to get 90 days after labs. Especially when they come back normal. Only visit this place if you enjoy seeing a PA and paying Co pays and getting bills in the mail for lab work that was just done 4 months ago. read more

I contacted the office twice by phone and once in person regarding the cost of a rapid covid test. I was told there was no cost. Upon receiving a bill, I called and was told there is no upfront cost because they bill your insurance and it's up to your insurance if there is a fee. Clearly, that is not the same thing. In addition, I was never told of the $150 new patient visit charge in addition to the covid test...even though this new patient visit purely consisted of a covid test. Dishonest about disclosing their fees upfront!!!! They are ripping people off charging over $200 for one covid test! read more

I called before I went to ask what they charge for a Rapid COVID test and they stated $170 which is $70 more than most places. Even a $100 is a lot. But I was desperate to get tested so I could go to work. I got a letter from my insurance today and they billed $310!! I bet the extra charge was because an older man went down the long cold line outside asking ppl if they had symptoms or been exposed, then he stated good luck. They are taking advantage of desperate ppl to profit off a pandemic. Update: After my 4th time calling Sarah to contest my bill I was able to speak to her, I had left her 3 voicemails and she never called me. Sarah was incredibly rude and short. She stated she billed based off the services that were provided to me and told me to take it up with Elizabeth. I spoke to Elizabeth who said the buck ends with her since she is the doctors wife. She told me to take it up with my insurance since they bill what they want. I explained to her it's her office who decided to bill my insurance $310 instead of the quoted $170. She then corrected herself stated the $310 is the insurance price and the $170 is the cash price. I told Elizabeth I told her office employee prior to going that I had insurance and said my insurance name, she quoted me $170. Why would a rapid test ever cost $310??? Elizabeth was very unprofessional, rude and did not acknowledge that her office lied to me. They are money hungry taking advantage of Hanford residents. read more

Tried this place because our usual Urgent Care was jam-packed - boy was I glad we found this place! Staff were extremely helpful and nice, and their PA had a great bedside manner - we were in and out in about 30 mins. I believe PA Zelsdorf(spelling?) has worked at other clinics in the area and have been seen by him previously - he's still a great PA! I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming here when needed. read more
