I have been seeing Noah Sarr the whole time. I have never had a more caring FNP in my life. This man has taken me through one of the worst times in my health. He spent time listening to my symptoms and figure out what I have and get me the care and specialist that I require. I have the highest respect for him. I have had him work with my specialist. He goes above and beyond. I have also had Dr Holvik call me in for an emergency on my blood work, which Noah had already taken care of, but it was wonderful to know that Dr Holvik is keeping track of things in the back ground. I will continue to go to HFHCC because if feel the care I receive it the best.

Yelp Review for Dr. William Hovick's Office…read more **1/5 Stars** If you're looking for a doctor who actually listens, cares, and follows basic medical protocols, **this is NOT the place for you.** When I first visited this office, I was dealing with **severe, cyclical inflammation and pain** that left me **debilitated for two weeks every month.** I was actively seeking answers and relief, but instead of being seen by **Dr. William Hovick himself**, I was assigned a **nurse practitioner** who, to put it bluntly, seemed more like a **part-time clown than a medical professional.** After explaining my symptoms in detail, his response? **"Boy, you have a lot wrong with you."** - Really? That's the kind of dismissive, unhelpful comment you'd expect from someone completely unqualified--not from someone responsible for patient care. Despite my **clear and serious symptoms**, his only "insight" was that I was just **"getting old."** No real investigation, no concern, just an outright refusal to acknowledge that something was seriously wrong. Then, after **handing me a sample of Voquezna (a new stomach medication at the time), they FAILED to record it in my medical file.** Could you imagine if I had an allergic reaction and they had no record of what they gave me? That's basic medical malpractice right there. For **two years**, I **begged** for a referral to a specialist. They dragged their feet, ignored my concerns, and only after persistent pushing did I **finally** get referred. Now, under a specialist's care, I'm on **Celebrex and Sulfasalazine, and my pain levels are significantly improved.** So much for it being "just old age," huh? **Fast forward to today**--I was **8 minutes late** to an appointment due to road construction **right in front of their office** (which they should be aware of), and they **acted pleased to tell me that the "doctor" had already left.** Clearly, they **prioritize rigid scheduling over actual patient care.** ### **Bottom Line:** **This office is a perfect example of everything wrong with the healthcare system.** **They don't take patient concerns seriously, they fail at basic record-keeping, and they act dismissive instead of diagnosing real conditions.** **If you actually care about your health, find a doctor who does too.** **Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ignored, belittled, and misdiagnosed.**

We trusted her judgment. However, in speaking for myself, and in hindsight, there have been a few issues she failed to properly address which I believe has caused me harm. For years I had issues with painful and restless extremities that went unaddressed until finally her nurse practitioner diagnosed me with RLS and prescribed Mirapex. This was a God send! Sleep was and still is nonexistent and in 2021 I believe I was finally referred to a sleep specialist but was unable to complete the study because of all the wires and stuff I was hooked up to. Rather than finding a different approach this was just forgotten. I 'have felt widespread pain throughout my body for many many years and due to my continued advocating for relief I was tested and come to find out I have Rheumatoid Arthritis that in the doctor's words the levels were "Off the chart!" I am finally being referred to a Rheumatologist. Maybe this is the reason I would not be able to sleep as I would wake up in pain? The fact that in 3021 and 2022 I had to have both hips replaced as there was no cartilage in those joints. Hoping to finally get medicated for this disease and finally get some sleep! As of late, she has been trying to diagnose a painful issue that began in Feb and she has been at a total lost telling me "I'm sorry" as I would leave her office in pain. She did finally refer to an OBGYN because I was having those type of symptoms and thankfully in talking with him, my pain is more than likely diverticulosis which would make sense as I was hospitalized with this about 13 years ago.... And finally, when we stopped by her office to find out why stuff was not getting referred and a procedure on the schedule, she came out into the waiting room where other patients were present and began openly talking about my medical issues right in front of them. She also made a comment at a recent visit after asking me how I was doing and I said I was in pain, she replied "Well of course you are. Aren't you always in pain? I asked her what was that supposed to mean and she replied, "Oh don't be so serious!" All this to say this is one relationship that has run its course as I am currently seeking a new primary care. So sad to end a 31 year relationship in this manner. But I have to do what is best for me.
