We purchased two Stressless recliners that are tailored to fit each of us. Kyle delivered my chair in September. It was delivered on time (which is unusual any more) and he explained what we needed to know about the chair. My husbands chair was delivered a few days ago, again by Kyle, and again during the time period we requested. Kyle was very professional and friendly. Our five year old grandson was with us and full of questions (and advice) and Kyle was great with him. We had not bought from them in many years because we had moved to Indiana, but that has changed with this experience. The customer service was phenomenal from the beginning all of the way to the delivery! The salesperson was very personable and was not pushy at all. He was happy to wait until we made the decision to purchase and did not make us feel like we had to hurry. I live in Jeffersonville, IN and it is well worth to have your items delivered. I have never experienced the level of customer care that the delivery men gave me today. They were so thoughtful and offered to put my couch that I purchased where ever I needed and they kept asking if we needed to move it or if we needed felt pads put on. I have occasionally stopped in to window shop and while looking for a new couch, I first spoke with Katie and then Chris when I returned. Both were incredibly helpful with no pressure to purchase. They knew their products and inventory. I thought I knew which color couch I wanted when I returned, but I had second thoughts. Since it was the last day of a sale, Chris let me pay the deposit and sign the paperwork but phone in the color choice after I could see the leather sample in the light in my home. I purchased a platform bed from Contemporary Galleries. They have beautiful furniture at reasonable prices. My salesman, Chris, was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. He quickly answered an email requesting further information. The delivery was just as other reviews stated. Kyle and Brian were quick and efficient and professional. They called to see if it was okay to come a little later, but made it clear that if I needed them to be there at the stated time, they would be there. Kate sold me some BEAUTIFUL white swivel chairs for my living room. They look AMAZING! Kate ALWAYS just the right touch for my home. Kyle delivered the chairs, on time, he is polite friendly and very knowledgeable. Our Stressless reclining chair and loveseat were delivered yesterday by Jonathan and Justin. They did an excellent job!! I know getting in around those corners wasn't easy and we appreciated them showing us the adjustments etc on the furniture. It is pricey because the quality and comfort of the furniture is high. However, getting the technique of pulling on the head rest to get the chairs to fully recline took practice. read more
