I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. She is an older/senior woman working a 9-5 so I get her frustration but there is no need to take it out on customers. its like she is mad at the world because she has to work but her life choices should not have to affect the customer. She should have probably went to school to get a better job. she is also prejudice. If I can offer her one piece of advice, it would be to treat each customer with the same amount of respect regardless of ethnicity. In my short tenure at AG I noticed the favoritism she extended to certain groups over others and It was truly dissapointing. While you were enthusiastic and thorough with groups you aligned with, you were short and rude with others who would be classified as the minority. I hope this is something you can change as it will serve you well in your career in customer service.
