    Top notch service. Used them last minute when a project I gave to Shutterfly came back awful. Alpha graphics was able to clean up my dad's funeral poster and print it out within a couple of days! I saw the results and immediately ordered another using my Canva designs. Quick communication and editing a few times was never a hassle!

    We sent postcards to print here, for next day service. The postcards were done on time and I picked them up, gave them to my wife and she packed them and took them to her seminar in Denver. She called me from her seminar and sent me pictures of all the postcards that were cut crooked. She was so upset because the crooked postcards couldn't be handed out to anyone. I contacted AlphaGraphics via email and explained the problem, asking them for a refund. They said they can offer a reprint (too late for the seminar). I told them no thank you, then inquired about their refund policy. That's when they started ignoring my emails and messages. I could have called my credit card company and put a stop payment and get them in hot water with their merchant account, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. This was a few months ago... nobody has reached back, and my subsequent emails have been ignored. Shame on you. They're quick to send a quote and collect your money, but when a refund request hits their inbox, they ignore it hoping it'll go away. Take your business elsewhere.

    I needed decals made for my truck.  They did a great job. Couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

    On June 6, 2026, I visited Staples to print some documents. While I was using the self-service…read moreprinting area, I witnessed a customer with limited English proficiency asking an employee named Julia for assistance. Instead of helping her, Julia raised her voice and repeatedly told the customer to print whatever was on her phone while pointing toward the self-service machine. At the same time, a young man nearby was also struggling to print his documents and appeared ready to leave without completing his task. The customer who had been spoken to by Julia asked the young man for help. He tried but was unable to assist her. They then asked me for help, and I assisted both customers with the printing process. After I finished printing, I approached the print services desk. Julia and another associate ignored me. I had to ask them to at least acknowledge my presence and let me know they would be with me shortly. One of the machines I had been using indicated that it was jammed, which I wanted to report. I also informed Julia that I did not appreciate the way she had spoken to the customer with limited English proficiency. I explained that a language barrier does not make someone deaf and that raising your voice is not appropriate customer service. Julia responded that she was not yelling, stating that she was not speaking to me that way. However, the customer she was addressing was still visibly struggling to understand the printing process and did not receive the assistance she needed. I then requested to speak with a manager. Julia informed me that the manager was at lunch. While I waited, Julia walked out from behind the service desk and handed me her business card, stating it was so I would not misspell her name. It appeared she was willing to leave her workstation to make that point, yet she had not been willing to provide the same level of effort to assist a customer who genuinely needed help. My concern is not only the lack of customer service shown toward me, but more importantly the treatment of a customer who was clearly struggling with a language barrier and simply needed assistance. I believe all customers deserve to be treated with patience, respect, and professionalism.

I filled out the enrollment form online and then made my appointment. Staples does accept walk-ins, but I just like to make sure it goes as smooth and quickly as possible. There is one person who will find your name on the appointment sheet, confirm your identity, scan your document (RealID or Passport), take two sets of fingerprints (six images total), ask you the same questions that you answered on the enrollment form, take your payment and send you on your way. I hope the $80 charge will be worth it. We'll find out later this year. If you have any procedural questions, he was happy to answer. I was done in about 5 minutes and checked out the rest of the store. About what you'd expect from Staples. A big do-it-yourself business center, aisles of business supplies and plenty of staff to help you out.

He charges you a monthly "maintenance" fee for updating these plugins which you didn't need in the first place! Also, he was asked to take my project down from all of his portfolios, yet he still had it up wherever he could utilize it to piggyback for free marketing (which Yelp kindly removed upon request and also reinstated this updated review).
