I almost forced my business on them and even that did not work. Zoran wasted an important week out of my life waiting for a price quote. He replied immediately after sending the material to be printed saying it was received and a quote will follow. 4 days later I call and say I'm still waiting and he apologizes and promising to send it over within the next hour. great! only that he doesn't! 3 day's later, after business hours, after giving him all the benefits of the doubt I'm emailing back to him saying I'm moving on to the next vendor as he clearly don't need nor appreciate my business. what does Zoran do you ask? he replies immediately, within seconds with another, un sincere apology about having family over and other un professional excuses BUT that's not all. He also gave me a price for my desired printings. at that point I was only more upset that he had me wait all this time when he could obviously quoted me right then and there. It is unclear to me why he would waste my time in such manner, making me push a deadline with Google for my advanced verification process with them as i did not have the company van marked as necessary because of his foul play. BTW, if that wasn't enough, when i sourced another trusted vendor for the task it became evident to me that the $245 he eventually quoted me was expensive as I got it done in 2 days from approaching to pick-up, in a place that appreciated my business for only $125 on the same desirable 3M laminate vinyl. I do not have enough kind words for Orange County Designers! Every part of my experience with them (with Zoran specifically) was so smooth and stress-free!! I had been searching all over for a company in Orange County that would print some pint glass wedding favors for my upcoming wedding and that would also allow me to pick them up to save on shipping charges, but every single location wouldn't allow pick up and wanted to charge exorbitant amounts just to ship them to my house that's only a short drive away (one location was something like $200 for shipping...which was MORE than the cost of the glasses themselves). I was so lucky to have found Orange County Designers!! Not only were their rates EXTREMELY competitive, but they allowed me to pick up my glasses straight from their office at no additional charge. That in itself was a big win, but then they won me over even more when Zoran took the time to ensure that my design I had sent him was of the best quality for printing, and didn't just submit my design with its fuzzy edges to the printer, but reached out to me and asked if I could submit a better quality image to ensure that our glasses would be 100% to my liking. Zoran was always quick to respond to my emails and to answer my questions, and once the design and all was set for printing, he kept me in the loop during production. When I finally received my glasses, I was so SO happy with the order!! They were exactly as I had imagined they'd be and perfect in every way, all thanks to Zoran taking the extra time to ensure that they would be exactly as I had hoped.
