Happy to have found this much less in cost dry cleaners ~ in 2 years we've used continental cleaners and have never NEVER been disappointed. Moved to CR 3 years ago and was shocked by the charges of not only dry cleaners but also pedi mani (I know this is not the place for that comment but....really shocked at the charges for both business. Excellent 10 star service. Now would I take a wedding dress or mother of the bride or groom dress? Probably not but shirts trousers guys or gals. We are TEN star happy!!! read more

I just wanted to update my review from several years ago. When I first moved to Castle Rock a few years ago, I got spoiled from the great service that I received from the Continental Cleaners in Colorado Springs. At the time I started using the Continental Cleaners here in Castle Rock, they were under different management that was very inconsistent and inefficient. I've had a couple of clothing items lost or not dry cleaned when promised. I've decided after a few years to give them a try again and I'm glad I did. The new management seems to have things much more under control and I've since received consistently good service. They even dry cleaned a blazer I needed for a TV interview in time for my interview. I'm giving 4 stars for now as I'm still assessing their consistency but I hope to update it to 5 stars soon. read more

Trust me! Do not take your close to this Dry Cleaner! They are the lowest price in town, but that is for a reason. I took my shirts to Continental Cleaners for three weeks and noticed my whites were turning yellow? My Dry Cleaning was dirty but pressed, yes they actually pressed my dirty shirts, charged me for them and when I took them in and showed them they said there was nothing they could do but run the shirts through again??? My Wife's shirts got Dry Cleaned and they never even got the back wrinkles out from sitting in a chair? This place is really bad! They suck you in with very low prices and then they lower the quality once they establish you as a customer. The other bad thing is they are just a satellite location. That means when you complain all you are dealing with is a kid behind the counter that says "Sorry, Nothing I can do." No manager on duty, no actual Dry Cleaning workers to show the issue to. Take it from me, you will be disappointed in the job they do and they will ruin your shirts in the process. Hope this review saves you money and time... Trust Me. read more

I have been taking my shirts here since they opened in Castle Rock. A couple of shirts did not look like they had been cleaned at all. When I took it back to them, they asked for a receipt. I asked if they would look it up and he said, "No, we need the receipt." To which they then charged me again to clean it. When I returned to pick it up, they still did not clean it. How could it get any better??? Pick up the next day and practically everything is $2.00. If you use your debit/credit card it is a little more so pay with cash or check. I took two drapes to Continental Cleaners on 1 Oct, 2019. Left the drapes with Earl with the specific instructions to dry clean only since we wanted to be sure there was no shrinkage. This was specific because they matched 2 other drapes and a valance in that same area of the home. We picked the drapes up on the Oct. 3rd, immediately took them to the house and hung them. To our dismay each side was shorter than the middle of each drape. To our dismay (after a conversation with William "Bill" J. Platten - evidently the owner) we were told that they had been washed and as a result shrunk. We were asked to return them to The Castle Rock Location to see if the drapes could be remedied in any way. We returned then on Oct. 4th. We were told that we would hear from someone on the Mon. the 7th - No call was received. Finally on the 9th I called to see what was occurring with the drapes. I was told they were ready to be picked up. The drapes were picked up that afternoon. We hung them that afternoon only to discover that they were in the same condition and shape as before. Bill Platten told us that the drapes had been washed because the label permitted that. However we left very clear and specific instruction to only have them dry cleaned. If the cleaners were to do any thing else we should have been called to inform us of the possible change. This was not done. Mr. Platten also informed us that he had done all he could for us as far as the drapes were concerned. Checking with Bed Bath & Beyond, similar panels (our panels are no longer available) run @ least between $60-70/panel. So the real cost to have the area of the home look the way it does today would be at least $270-300. I requested that Mr. Platten pay $140.89 ($120 for drapes and $20.89 cleaning fee). Evidently he feels this is unreasonably since Ii have not heard from him since. To sum up this review: Look at the other reviews. Go to a different cleaners if you want to be sure the work is quality and is done the way you request it to be done. Also Mr. Platten refuses to accept any responsibility for the way his cleaners washed our drapes and ruined them. The customer is never right with Mr. Platten. At one point, I just asked for him to refund the cleaning (washing) fee of $20.89. He refused! Go somewhere else to get your clothes cleaned. There are other more reputable cleaners nearby. This business is simply a TREMENDOUS find for all of us locals! Nicole (who is usually there in the mornings and early afternoons) is amazing! She remembered my name, telephone number and all of my family members within the first week I began using their services. The clothes are very well cleaned and pressed and ALL FOR $2 per item! You get what you pay for. Worst service possible. When I placed Mr clothes on the counter the lady backed up, put her hands on her hips and stated "now I need you to sort your laundry. No thank you. The cleaning is poorly done with shirts not well pressed. My wife took on a pair of slacks that had been worn 1 time and they came back without the zipper pull. They said they would repair them. That was 3 months ago. After 4 trips, numerous calls we have no slacks. The latest news is that the slacks have been lost and my wife should fill out a claim ticket. After another 3 weeks - no slacks, no return call and no check. These people don't care about you, or your clothing. read more

Our items came back clean BUT the tag to my duvet cover was lost in the wash SUPPOSEDLY. Took them three weeks to figure out it was mine. I followed up three times requesting a status. The employees said they would call me back and let me know. This never happened even though they took down my phone number each time. Additionally, they will NOT call you if your item has been delayed during the cleaning process. We will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

In the past month we have had one shirt destroyed and another lost. The owner or manager Bill, never calls back when we leave messages and in fact one of his workers tried to get ahold of him for us as well but we still never heard from him. We have no compensation to date for either issue and at the rate it is going do not expect to hear anything. I recently dropped off a dress to be dry cleaned and upon pick-up noticed the dress is COMPLETELY a DIFFERENT color than it was originally. I left the dress with the associate so she could present it to the owner "Bill" to explain the damage. I never received a call so I proceeded to leave multiple messages at both locations and still never heard back from him. At one point an associate tried to say he called me but was unable to leave a voicemail because my mailbox is full. Which is completely an untrue statement, I had no missed calls and my mailbox is not full. Not to mention I had left multiple numbers for him to reach me at. Still have not heard from him!! At this point, I am appalled at the lack of sense of urgency Bill has to contact a disgruntle customer. This is the worst customer service I have dealt with in Castle Rock. Unfortunately, I am sure I will not be reimbursed for the dry cleaning nor my dress! read more

If you are looking for inexpensive dry cleaning and don't really care how your clothing looks and getting consistently shitty service then this is the place for you. The customer service leaves something to be desired. Teenage girls who really don't care about customers or the quality of work they are producing. I've been here a few times and nothing has really changed. I recently dropped of clothes and requested to have 2 sweaters folded over hangers. Now when you make these requests they show up bold on the dry cleaning ticket so you think it would be something that wouldn't be missed. And you would think they would double check their work. When I picked up my order on a Fri I mentioned that my sweaters had not been folded the young careless woman proceeded to tell me "I don't fold them" and that if I wanted them sent back I wouldn't get them back until Weds? How is that possible when they have next day service? One should also be aware that the counter girls can't count and will ring you up for 6 items when you bring in 7 and charge you when you pick up. So now my sweaters still aren't folded and you still charge me because you can't count. I will go back to paying extra at Dependable Cleaners that way I know I will get great customer service, my sweaters folded and they can count. read more

I would NOT recommend this dry cleaners. They lost a tie at this location and although they reimbursed me eventually, they couldn't find a second tie another time. The following experience happened at the Arapahoe Road location but it is owned the same person, Bill and managed by the same person, Francisco as this Castle Rock location. I picked up a tie (that I bought one month ago) and they ruined it. When I dropped it off I asked for it to be spot treated where the spot was, the lady said she would spot treat the tie "all over". It was the first time it was dry cleaned and when I picked it up it was over processed/frayed in spots. The manager Francisco came over and said right away "we did NOT do that, you dropped it off this way". (Although interestingly he was NOT there when I dropped it off to know). Then I asked for the owners name or a claim form and he refused and told me to leave the property. I told him I would leave as soon as I was given the owners name or the claim form and he called the police because I wouldn't leave without one or the other. (They have a sign saying any complaints must be handled when the item is picked up). The police gave me the owners name from Francisco, and after trying to talk with the him the policeman told me, "I understand your frustration." I cannot believe that happened. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. The police said if that's how the manager wants to run a business then that's their problem. I still can't believe it became an ordeal. After speaking with the owner Bill I was more frustrated because he defended Francisco's actions. I will NEVER use either location again! Francisco manages both locations as well. I found this location on Yelp but it was such a bad experience I had to write my first review. I would give them no stars if it was possible. I just realized this same dry cleaners owner/manager is rated in 2 spots on Yelp on Arapahoe Road under Continental Cleaners, Greenwood Village and Continental Cleaners 10, Greenwood Village and received 1 star by 2 reviews and it sounds like they had similar experiences as mine. Bill and Francisco only own/manage these two locations as they are all independently owned. Please read those as well before dropping your clothes off and save yourself stress! read more

I've been taking my dress shirts here for 10 years, but no longer. Picked up my last batch and when I went to wear them I noticed white spots on the collars and french cuffs. I believe it may have been starch. No big deal. I bring them back within 3 days, and show the [rude] young girl the problem only to have her whip her finger in the air pointing to a sign. No rewash if the items have left the store. All inspections must be done onsite before leaving. So I'm supposed to unwrap the 9 shirts I was picking up, unfold the cuffs and collars, inspect each one, and then rehang and rewrap them to take home? Even at 1 to 2 minutes all in per shirt I'd be there for 15 minutes inspecting work that shouldn't need to be. That's insane. What that tells me is that they have this issue all the time, so they made up a little sign instead of dealing with the problem. There are at least a dozen better cleaners in the area...don't waste your time or money with these chumps. read more

The old saying of you get what you pay for holds true here. Cheap prices, bad service and horrible customer treatment. It started out ok with normal dress shirts and pants (pressed badly with wrinkles but for $1.75 what do you expect) but ended very badly with a ruined dress from Talbots. The manager actually blamed us (label clearly says organic dry cleaning only) since they said the dress helped ruin other clothes in their cycle? WTF? That's my fault? She actually yelled at us and didn't even refund the cleaning charge. I don't normally complain a lot but this one is getting every review I can do since this is one of the worst experiences I have had in recent memory. read more

Think they have changed their name to Rock Cleaners because when you go into this location off Trail Boss down from Han Lee's Taekwondo it is Rock Cleaners. They are horrible dry cleaners. Dropped off a brand new sweater that I had only worn once for a short period of time to be cleaned. Picked it up on 11/11 and put in my closet, pulled out to wear on Thanksgiving and it had a big hole on the sleeve. Took it back after the holidays and was told that it had been two weeks and it was MY problem. WTH, they put a whole in my sweater and it is my problem. I don't care if it had been two weeks, you ruined my sweater and it is my problem, only a complete idiot uses that line of thinking. I hadn't pulled it out of my closet to wear before that because it has been warm. Then another customer came in and she completely ignored me while I was talking to her and helped the other customer. She could have returned my cleaning fee or offered me $20 credit and I probably would have been o.k. with it even though it was a new sweater. REALLY poor customer service. DON'T take ANYTHING to them...they will ruin it and blame you!!!!! read more

The worst!! You get exactly what you pay for here - actually less! I lost at least 4 garments there and they never give you full price back for what they destroyed... Not even replacement value.. I actually had clothes come back with spots that were not there when I first dropped them off!! I even had one pair of pants destroyed because someone else left a pen in their pocket... Oh, and then let's not forget the time when "someone else" picked up one of my husband's brand new shirts and we never saw it again... Plus the ironing job they do is terrible...And I only gave them one star because this site won't let me give them "zero". And whenever they don't manage to get out the spots (which is all the time...) it would take twice as long for the "redo". Then the owner has the nerve to tell me that my clothes are the only ones this is happening to... No, I think the more accurate statement is that I was the only one "stupid enough" to keep coming back... Stay far far away... You actually end up losing money, not saving it, because of all the clothes they destroy... I'd much rather pay the extra dollar than to ever go there again... read more
