DO NOT BRING HIGH-END ITEMS HERE. Or any item.I brought in a $360 Boll and Branch down duvet insert.On pickup I was given someone else's quilt. (Worth $60 from Walmart). I trusted this dry cleaners since I have been using them for 3 years. I should have checked it before I left. I returned and told them I was given someone else's quilt. I showed my receipt for my $360 insert. I was told no mistake was made. And they have had other clients come in and claim that they had lost high-end items so I was accused of lying to them. How insulting, since I was a long standing client.No effort was made to locate my duvet insert, no refund for the value of it was offered.No phone call was made to me as a follow up. Very poor business practices. I will not be returning. read more

I've been here twice now and have been happy both times. I don't know if I can speak to the prices, as everything in Colorado seems more expensive, but they do a great job. My clothes looked like new when picking them up. Also, they're very friendly, and I even got a text saying my clothes were ready earlier than expected. As a first time customer, I went in for garment repairs. The repairs were super affordable, they completed it quickly, and the service was friendly. My wife went here to have a vintage mink cleaned, and the owner of the shop an older lady dug her fingers under the lining and acted very suspicious about her coat. I actually saw where the shop tenant lifted the lining where she dug her thumb in. Really bizarre way to treat a new customer so my wife left without having them clean her coat. read more

I've used the same dry cleaner for years with zero problems but relocated to the Castle Rock area. It only took three trips to these guys before they destroyed $1,000 worth of sweaters by somehow stretching out the collars to basketball width, then saying simply "they must be old." Zero accountability, but hey...she offered to dry clean them again! I'd avoid if I were you. read more

AMAZING! I just picked up my dress for alterations and the work exceeded my expectations. I needed to let out about 3 inches from my dress which I would have been happy with a replaced zipper with elastic to allow it to fit me. The work was awesome they got material that matched closely to original design, it honestly looks as if it was a part of the design! Nobody will ever know it was altered. After scouring reviews of many dry cleaners in the area, I can across this business. I went in with an armful of dry cleaner and one of the gentlemen that works there ran over to hold the door for me. I was greeted with smiles and friendly dispositions. The two people working there were able to explain to me how the pricing works (for drapes) and what to expect when they cleaned them. (They removed all the hooks and saved them and I would have to put them back in them when the drapes came back.) When I picked up the drapes, I was greeted in the same way. The drapes looked wonderful. And although there was a little co fusion in redeeming my voucher purchased on Yelp, it all worked out in the end. I would definitely return to this cleaner because of the customer service alone! read more

After tiring of high priced dry cleaners around castle rock I was so happy (after much searching) to find Star Cleaners. Not only are they less expensive, but the customer service is awesome. Grace is so pleasant to work with and makes me feel like family. Every time we go by there she makes sure to say hi to kids in the car and give them a little treat. I like these guys. You walk in and drop your stuff, they immediately come to the counter to get your ticket ready. They clean any stains that you point out to them--including blood and grape juice on light fabric. They smile and are nice, although not talkative if you like chatty folk. When you pick up, equally as quick and smiling. Prices consistent with the rest of castle rock and better service and cleaning quality than the shop on limelight. They tend to close earlier than their posted times, so try to be there around 5 for evening drop and I wish they could be one day faster. Green cleaners in castle pines is better but not worth the drive if you don't already go that way. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. They are friendly and come right to the counter.. But that's about all. I asked them to alter a dress I needed for a wedding. They assured it would be ready. When arriving to pick it up, they said it isn't done.. That they tried calling. They put the order under the wrong name after I told her THREE TIMES when dropping it off the correct name and phone number. I will never come back to this location, this is the second time that they put it in incorrectly. read more
