I transferred my clothes to another small washer (and now they're saturated with liquid detergent) and do the same process. I think the timer was broken on that one because the # kept going up instead of down but whatever, it worked. Then I put my clothes in the $3 dryer and they weren't dry after the 30 mins but that was probably my fault because I chose permanent press and not high, so I ran it for a second time. So $4 + $3 + $3 = $10 but when I got home and checked my bank I was charged $14 so obviously I was charged for that first non-working washer. There was a sign that said if you had an issue to fill out a form but I didn't forms anywhere. But the place is nice, clean and has vending machines for washing supplies, food and drink. Clientele was good. So just be careful before you put clothes in washers and/or your $$$.

From the outside you could almost miss it driving by as there aren't any noticeable street signs. It's located in a large separate building that use to be the old Krystal location. The place is beautiful with shinny floors and brand new machines that take both cards and quarters. What I love is that you can park right in front of the store...I hate stores where there is a fire lane so you have to lug a cart full of laundry across the parking lot.
