The tub is shiny on the outside and one the sides inside and has a non-slip finish on the bottom inside part of the tub. The hairline cracks on the floor tiles are no longer visible. Although the wall tiles still look good, we were so impressed with Adam's work on the bathtub and the bathroom floor that we decided to have Adam come back and do the wall tiles as well. The transformation is incredible! My son's bathroom looks brand new! Adam said he would give us a 20-year guarantee for his work. We will show his work to our neighbours to see if they also need his surfaces to reglaze/resurface their bathtubs, showers and bathroom wall and floor tiles or kitchen tiles.

On February 7th, I called your Smithtown office asking to purchase the plastic piece that attaches onto the bottom of the shower door that prevents the water from going all over the floor. I was told I would receive a call back. It is now February 20th, and I still haven't received a call. I realized that my warranty had expired and I intended to pay for the plastic piece and would have attached it myself, I called 5 times in the last 2 weeks, only to be transferred to the service department with an answering machine. I left messages and no one has ever returned any of my calls. I also called a John's cell, again, I didn't receive a call back. So, I have a $10,000 shower that leaks. He answered my door when someone came, acting way too familiar. He then showed the person who showed up around and I heard him talking about me behind my back when he was in my backyard. He also tried hugging me at the end which I refused. People working for him called several times, acting all "familiar" with me, telling me I would get them to work on it, from the first call. I decide who I hire, it was very assumptive. The owner has behavior patterns that is disturbing. Other things were said/done that made me very uncomfortable. I'd suggest choosing someone(anyone!) else which is what I did. This man will be condescending, name drop, and violate your boundaries.
