The estimate, while not cheap, was still reasonable considering that all the extras mentioned above were included and did not have to be "tacked on" to the original estimate. As another reviewer mention , we asked Mike to add another accent strip of tile as a bullnose and he was very accommodating and did not charge extra. Another plus was the timelines and neatness of Mike's work. He started when he said he would and worked everyday until 4, except the weekend, until the job was done. He was careful to cover the floors and clean up after each day. I am not an expert when it comes to bathroom renovations but I do have some construction knowledge and it appears that Mike Kraemer is a skilled contractor with a broad knowledge base who does not cut corners.

He was hired to fix the issue of water draining toward my garage. Add a new spot and Sealcoating the rest of the drive. The new addition is pitched toward the house. The original draining issue was not completed. He only leved 2 lower spots but did not fix it so the water drains away from my garage.. The seal on my garage needs to be replaced yes but me hiring him was to help with it draining toward the garage in the first place not make it just look new. He was told to take the grass and dirt he was taking out for the new spot away instead he piled it along the side of my house. He says he's coming to check it out today never came back meanwhile I saw him working on a house down the road. When I spoke to him in person he was very hostile and would keep interrupting me. Workers left concrete and water bottles in my yard I have many videos of me putting water on my driveway from a bucket and it going right to the garage.
