Be very careful before giving CSLS your payment information. Their reps operate more like salesmen than educators. In my case, they processed my payment before I even signed or agreed to anything -- then claimed that I was "locked into a binding agreement" just because they charged my card. That's not how enrollment works in California. You can't be bound to a school contract you never signed. When I asked for a refund, they refused and sent canned responses citing their "terms and conditions" -- terms I never agreed to in the first place. The entire experience felt deceptive and high-pressure, aimed at locking people in before they even have a chance to review what they're buying. If you're considering CSLS, do not provide payment information until you've seen and signed the actual enrollment agreement. read more

I bought their package and they told me if I don't pass it they will pay for examination fees. They give me one month pass for practice online I didn't pass the test they didn't pay for examination fees. If you don't pass it, they will ask you to pay again and again they will make excuses to not pay you for your exam fees. It's all a scam. I bought another package from another place and I have one year pass for a study online and math, but this company will not give you more than a month or one or two weeks for mathematic. read more

Really didn't want to post this review because I was expecting a great experience with them but I want others to know the struggles with this school. You are promised the world when you sign up for the highest package. Their training is really rough. Getting ahold of them when you need them to expedite you moving along is extremely difficult. When you go to study in the classroom their lunch and loud social time is more important than your practice test taking time. I was extremely motivated to get my license and they were a boat anchor for me. They gave me a ton of wrong info as far as timelines and the process. I had to do all my own research for studying and the process to get my license. I passed first time on both law and general B but it wasn't a reflection of the school. Also the practice exams they give you access to always logs you off and you have to deal with reaching someone to reset it. There are several schools out there that would be better to purchase or attend. Their software doesn't work with cellphones or tablets either where other schools make it easier to study. Wish I spent more time looking for a better cheaper option. read more

I ended up here at the contractors state lic service and boy was i glad that some one could point me in the right directions. When I first arrived to the school I met Krissy who made me feel so welcomed and happy and that blew mind on how welcomed I received coming in to the school.
