Our server was nice enough, at least, so that we felt bad when he asked us how the meal was and we couldn't sincerely say we liked it. We ordered the fried eggplant appetizer and spaghetti frutti di mare. The appetizer was generous, and the main dish enough for us to split. It's really depressing when you realize you can make a dish better at home than a restaurant, which was the case with the frutti di mare. The pasta was not even al dente, but truly raw and hard in the middle when you bit into it. The mussels were overcooked so that they stuck to the shells and there were a couple of dead ones, making me worry that it wasn't a fresh batch. The only good part of the dish was a strange cross between a crab and a crawfish. The meat was super sweet, but we only got to it after twenty minutes of struggling to get through the shell. I don't understand why they didn't at least split it in half for us in the kitchen; I can't imagine how other people, who are less determined and more decorous than I am, eat the thing. The two dishes and a pichet of wine came out to 47 euros, which is standard for Paris, but I have had better Italian food in Paris for around the same or less. Save yourself any trek or wait.

That was followed by this amazing giant pizza that covered two plates, It was delicious. Thin crispy crust, plenty of very tasty sauce and delicious fresh cheese. We both have good appetites but one pizza would have been plenty between the two of us especially with the large portion of green salad we had ordered as a side - which was a bit too salty to enjoy. So definitely recommend the place for the ambience, service and delicious food - just be careful how much you order. The choice of pizzas is wide and will suit most tastes including vegetarians.

Wine list was short and not really noteworthy. Service was outstanding! The owner is there on all nights except Sunday and the lady there every night clearly loves her job. The meal also included some complimentary Amuses Bouche, excellent home made chocolates and a glass of Limoncello with dessert.
