I got two tattoos done here by Angelica for their $50/hr special, and I absolutely love the way they came out ! Angelica was an amazing artist, she had a light hand & moved quick even through all the detail on my leg. She got everything perfect. The shop was clean, everyone was masked, and there were no extra people inside. Definitely will be back for pt 2 (I'm still not healed so y'all can see fresh pictures, not from now while it's peeling LOL)

Couldn't be happier with my experience! I contacted the shop owner and he wasn't available but he referred me to one of his artist (Chu Chu). Not only was he able to schedule me the same day but he also did an amazing job and kept me entertained during the long process! The piece came out a bit bigger than expected but I actually love it even more. The artist listened to feedback and adjusted a couple of things I didn't like towards the end as well! Overall I will be recommending anyone that asks!!

This place was honestly one of the best tattoo parlor I've been to hands down, from the cleanliness, friendly environment and my friend and I even got to meet the owner and he was welcoming and so friendly! They made sure we put on hand sanitizer before we touched anything and made sure we had our mask up to our noses. Cesar brought my tattoo to life , exactly how I envisioned it! His Instagram is @charitovillagrana! yes they wore their mask the entire time! and they followed the covid guide lines.

It's rare I give a full 5 star review, but this place is seriously a hidden gem here in Dallas. I…read moretell everyone about this spot. They made a chic approach to piercing, and whoever does their shopping for their inventory is literally chefs kiss huge selection of beautiful pieces all made of real gold. Also never had bad service, the girls are all so friendly.

I've wanted a third ear piercing for years, and for some reason, today was the day it finally felt…read moreright. A friend recommended this spot, and once I browsed their website and saw all the gorgeous jewelry options, we decided to go check it out in person. Merari was incredibly patient as I looked at (and then re-looked at) several styles. The piercing fee is typically $50, but since I mentioned it was a birthday gift to myself, they kindly waived it. Plus, I got 10% off as a first-time customer, WOOT! This gal loves a bargain, and let's be real, this is NOT a bargain kind of place (in the best way possible). I ended up choosing a dainty little diamond crawler-style piece that I absolutely love. Since they weren't busy, I only waited about 30 minutes for the ever-so-gentle Ivy to work her magic. The whole experience was smooth and super welcoming, I can totally see how these high-end piercing boutiques become addictive. Do I need a 4th one, maybe... My only wish? That more styles, especially the beautiful opals and zodiac pieces, came in white gold. Guess I'll just have to keep checking back...

Several years ago I had Billyjack do an improvement/cover-up to a tattoo I had got from a shop in…read moreNew Orleans. Then last week I went in for a new one. Neither of the designs were complicated or intricate...just some 3-5 inch ones. If you've seen Billyjack's Instagram page you know the man can do some pretty fabulous, complicated pieces so my stuff wasn't exactly anything that was automatically going to get his artistic juices flowing. And that's what I love about Billyjack. Even on when you give him a fairly simple concept, he'll make sure he makes it more and special. The most important thing he does in my opinion though is that he acts like a partner or a consultant, not just an artist who's going to execute the design you bring him. My experience down in New Orleans with the other shop was one where it was kind of like "whatever you want, man". I didn't need that, I needed a strong guiding hand and that's what I got with Billyjack. I threw out some ideas and he pretty much said what would and wouldn't work and then expanded on what would. Oh, and he's a blast to talk with. How many tattoos have you had where you and the artist have covered: dogs, kids (OK, those first 2 are pretty easy), rent relief policies during COVID and Roth IRA's. And laughing the whole time.

When I walked into the tattoo parlor, it looked clean, professional, and well put together. Based…read moreon the appearance alone, I felt confident I would receive good service. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience at all. The artist who worked on me seemed inexperienced, and the process didn't match what I was told. What should have taken around 30 minutes was discussed as taking several hours, which already felt off. In the end, I was charged $200 for a cover-up that I'm extremely unhappy with--especially since it's on my face. To make matters worse, the artist didn't follow through on what was promised. He said he would work on two tattoos but only did one, and even then, it wasn't what I asked for. I specifically wanted a design resembling stitches, but instead I was left with a large black feather on my head that I deeply regret. The environment also felt unprofessional. The staff came across as dismissive and made me feel judged for the tattoo ideas I wanted, which added to an already negative experience. Overall, I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and unhappy with both the service and the final result. I would not recommend this shop. Are there any tattoo shops in the area willing to help fix a bad face tattoo once it heals? I'm worried it might scar, and I'm trying to figure out my options. If anyone has experience with cover-ups or thinks removal would be a better route, please let me know. I'd really appreciate any advice or recommendations--this is something I'm stressing about and want to fix the right way. I'm not trying to bash the entire shop, because there seemed to be some talented artists there. However, I do want to warn others about my experience with one specific artist. The artist I worked with--whose name may be Ivan or Isaac--came across as confident, but in my opinion did not demonstrate the level of knowledge or experience I expected. For example, when I asked about certain techniques like blood shading, he didn't seem to understand what I was referring to. That raised concerns for me about his training and experience. Again, this does not reflect everyone at the shop, but based on my experience, I would personally not recommend working with that particular artist.
