Let me begin by saying, Joyce was absolutely fantastic. I was able to schedule an appt online for a live scan which was super convenient for me. I was originally scheduled at 3PM, however, Joyce called me and let me know she would be running late. She had another appt in San Jose just before mine that ran late and we in the bay area know all about that traffic! I truly appreciated the advanced notice and her ability to accommodate me. She ended up asking if I lived in the area and since I was in Tracy, she offered to come to my home without any additional charge to perform the live scan. She arrived a little before 4PM and got set up. Joyce was super sweet, thorough and quick! Before she left she had made sure that all my questions were answered, which I loved.
