He told her I'm the only one here, the Kiosk for Amazon is over there, and points to the self serve. Dude, if shes GOING TO THE COUNTER, she needs help. And of coooourse it's the same guy that didn't want to help me when I had like 5 packages in my hand, and one big box. No one else was in the store. He told me to use the kiosk as well. I needed tape and asked if I could use his. He told me I had to bring my own tape or buy it. And someone else walks in and brought their own tape so I ended up asking to borrow theirs. Terrible. I've also wanted to come here like 6ish on a week day and they were completely closed for the day. I work in Livermore and would rather wait to go there or drive all the way to the Naglee location where they are HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. I only go here if I have one small item and I can use the kiosk. Don't go here if you need help with your packages. These people are NOT looking to help others. They're just here to exist. Unless they don't want to help other people of color. Because they are not helping other Asians out.

I had gone for notarizing my passport renewal documents . Nisha was not only patient and kind but very accommodating. She made sure she didn't delay her clients time at the same time helped me with all the documents not just notarizing but also scanning and taking print outs too . Not just that she even explained the situations from her experience and left the choice to me instead of forcing me to notarize all random documents . All this amidst her hungry children and family since it was lunch time when I went . Clearly she had told me to come before 12:40pm or after 2 pm but due to my urgency she was very helpful and offered timely help pushing her lunch time to the back burner ! Excellent businesswoman ! Nisha is a very knowledgable and proactive notary. She communicates clearly about what you are expected to show up to get your document notarized. All of this makes a very smooth transaction. I also used Nisha for applying for my OCI card on an urgent basis. Anything related to the Indian Consulate is shrouded by smoke and mysteries.
