The office manager was excellent and very efficient with my insurance, scheduling and follow up. The technicians were very professional and extremely accommodating getting me in and out of the machine with my painful back. They provided me a disc for my back surgeon immediately and said it would take less than 48 hours for the radiologist to do the report. I left to bring the disc to my back surgeon and by the time I got there, the Rayus radiologist had already read the MRI and sent a comprehensive report to my doctor!!! I had to go back today for another copy of my disc for the pain neurologist and they had it ready and waiting for me! I highly recommend the staff at Rayus Radiology in Haverhill! Absolute Professionals!

The technician saw me promptly and was professional and courteous. No complaints here. Making an appt on the phone had been challenging because they are switching their systems so calls are taking longer understandably. Had an issue with an order not having been received by Derry Imaging though I had them send it twice. I called yesterday and spoke with a delightful woman named Rene. She couldn't find the order either but apologized and said it was probably a system issue and if I could contact my doctor to have them send it one more time but to her attention. She said she'd call me back once she got it and make my appt. Rene did just that. She got my order. Called me back. Made my appt and did it with such friendliness courtesy and genuine regard for me. THIS is customer service. Old-fashioned 'let me help you out let me see what I can do for you' customer service. THANK YOU RENE for going above and beyond the entire time. She was just so nice about everything and it's so rare to encounter that nowadays. Give this woman a raise because trust me, she's a rare gem!

I am now in need of annual breast MRI's and this was one of a very short list of providers that was covered by my insurance. When I called to schedule, I was told the location I wanted to go to, Bedford, did not do breast MRI's and I would have to go to Londonderry. I was given zero pre-appointment information other than to confirm the date/time and location of my appointment. 2 days before my appointment, i received a call telling me the equipment in Londonderry was broken and they needed to reschedule me for Bedford. When I questioned the location in light of what I had previously been told, the person calling seemed annoyed with me. He then went on to tell me they do them in Bedford but the equipment isn't as good. So I then asked him for more clarification regarding the appointment to understand the differences. He once again became annoyed. I finally had to say, "this is my health and I would like to have the information so I would be able to make the best decisions possible for my own health and wellbeing." That finally seemed to do the trick and the person slowed down and willingly answered my questions. Ultimately, I rescheduled for Bedford. Then the person gave me several instructions like don't wear lotion or deodorant, information I had not previously been given. This was my first breast MRI, so important info to be aware of! I continued to receive text reminders about the original appointment, then the day before the original appointment, I received a call to reschedule it as though the first call I had received never happened. She then told me I had no other appointment on the books. So I told her the date/time that had been confirmed the day prior. She then said oh, yeah, you have an appointment. But she then told me a different arrival time than the person the day before. When I questioned it, she got snarky with me saying "it is only a 5 minute difference." I guess their time is more valuable than mine! Hopefully their imaging techs/doctors are far better than their administration team!

Came here three times in a month for a mammogram, additional imaging and a biopsy…read more I was checked in promptly each time and taken at my appointment time or sooner. The technician who did the mammograms, Megan, was kind, professional and made me feel at ease. She also assisted with the biopsy and talked me through everything. I called after the first mammogram with a question and Megan called me right back with the information I requested. I appreciate the professionalism at the mammography center and would feel comfortable going back for future imaging.

My daughter presented with acute sinusitis. She was seen by the NP on duty and was asked about…read moreallergies, and any other pre-conditions, and why she was at the urgent care. My daughter was clear in stating she did not feel this was allergic response since she's had sinus infections in the past (has a history of them) and knows the difference. She also stated that her sister whom she lives with also had a sinus infection the prior week. The NP did an examination and decided this was seasonal allergies, and prescribed steroid spray and recommended she also try Nasacort to reduce the inflammation. When we pushed back on the diagnosis requesting she consider it might bacterial, this NP became very defensive. She said it couldn't be bacterial because the discharge was clear. (This is not an accurate way to determine if the cause is a bacterial infection!) When I asked if she considered the family history, her father (me) has a long history of sinus infections and has had surgery to correct these issues, and both she and her siblings also have recurring sinus infections. While she does have some allergy related issues, the regional allergy site posted that grass was the only allergy related issue and she is not allergic to grass pollens. So we requested she reconsider the diagnosis. She refused and stated familial history is irrelevant!! Our pharmacist even questioned the combination of medications prescribed and said - " XX just had a sinus infection and was prescribed amoxicillin. Why didn't they do the same here?" Why? Because XX went to the Convenient MD Urgent Care in Windham NH and not Parkland, which is where we will make sure we are always visiting from now on! This NP was not only unprofessional but as she continued trying to defend herself it became clear she was slightly not only unwilling to admit she might have been wrong but that she didn't need to know family history or other related issues around this sinus issue because the discharge was clear and in her 30 years of medical practice she'd never seen a sinus infection with clear discharge! When I asked who the attending physician was - she questioned me and suggested she was in charge. When I told her there had to be an MD who was the director or supervisor for the Urgent Care she then gave me the name of the Attending in the ER, and said he was the director, but was not in the facility. DO NOT GO TO PARKLAND URGENT CARE if you want to be treated professionally and not be medically compromised! We are headed to Convenient MD in Windham next!

We didn't want a long wait time, and figured it would be cheaper on our insurance to go to the Parkland ER. BIG MISTAKE! While the service was fine, we were told to pay our insurance co-pay upfront for an ER visit. So, we were surprised to get a bill for hundreds of dollars. My husband just called me saying that visit - which was a simple pop out of the hook - cost $11,000!!!! We still owe $700. I don't know what they are running there, but it looks like a scam. Just go to the ER next time...
