I was completely frustrated and thought there was nothing I could do other than learn to live with the pain and stop doing certain activities that I loved to do (like lifting weights). Then my wife recommended I see Capri and tell her about my should issues. Not only was she able to tell me what it was she was even able to explain what the cause of it might be. For a 1.5hr massage she targeted the shoulder/upper back/neck area and located specific problem areas on me. Not only did I feel instant relief it was long lasting too. Unfortunately I can't completely stop the activity that caused the pain, but I am know able to be more aware of my posture when I'm doing it. When I do have flair ups again I know that it is a easy phone call to Capri to feel 100% again in no time! She is very knowledgeable and has a contagious energy about her chosen profession. We have had great conversations while I've been on the table, as well as nice quiet sessions where she digs deep into my aches and pains. She listens and focuses on my needs which is what I appreciate. Lynn is no different. She focuses on my needs, my aches and where it really feels right and needs that extra touch. Unfortunately, her schedule doesn't typically work for me, but when I have a short day I try to schedule with her to get some variety in techniques. Cassie really worked intensely on my back and neck and always did a great job. I was always impressed with her amount of pressure and ability considering she is such a petite woman.
