Also if someone was actually planning to sue why post a Yelp review? Most lawyers would say not to... just saying. What I can say, do what I did. Drop off a few things, see how you like their service and make your own decision. My shirts came out crisp and had no damage, so I'll be going back again. Anyway, can't beat the proximity to Eggs Up Grill and the owner even let me drop off stuff after they closed.

The shirts are not really placed on the hangers with care and the end result is wrinkled, starched shirt. I expect my shirts to be perfect ; if I have to iron them before I wear them, I can do the laundry myself. I also checked on the prices for alterations and a simple hem on a pair of pants is $9.00. I have lived on both coasts and I am used to considerably lower prices and better services. For these prices in California and the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina, I could have valet service. The place appears to be a family operation and that makes me sad, I like to support family and local businesses whenever possible. Unfortunately, I can't support this business. Against my better judgement, I decided to gove this place another chance. It was a mistake. For the price of $98.00. I received two brand new shirts back that were ruined and six pairs of pants (also brand new) that were hemmed but not pressed. I had to press the hems to make them wearable. Also, instead of calling me (they had my number) the decided that I wanted cuffs in my pants (I did not). If it were possible to give this place a lower rating, I would. Do NOT take any garments here that you care about.
